Used Lenscrafters several times over the years. Stopped in today to see if I could get a PD measurement for my adult son. I offered to pay for the service explaining I would not be buying glasses because my son has stage 4 brain cancer causing frequent changes to his vision and would be needing basic inexpensive glasses due to frequent replacements. I was declined service saying the measurement is only available if I purchase glasses there. I will never use this business again. read more

We are in on vacation and my son dropped his glasses and stepped on them he thought no hope, but not for Travis he took one look and said I will get you fixed right up just give me a little time and what you know when we came back all fixed better than ever. We went in to pick up our product, that same day (in the evening), and they couldn't locate the glasses. Come to find out they gave them to another person with a similar name. Who does that on a custom product like glasses? Then they said that they'd have to call that person and have them bring the glasses back, as though we'd want a used product that we paid cash for. They did give us back $55 though for our trouble on an order that was well over $1200. They said they'd re-order them and were not thrilled to have to print a proof of order. Then we asked about the lenses that were ordered, and the whole time we had been there they never thought to tell us that only one lens came in the other day. No call to let us know that they had received a partial order, and they're not sure when that product will come in. We'll be lucky if we'll see our new glasses or the other lens in 7-10 days. What a lack of professionalism and communication. I DO NOT recommend the use of this store. read more

Love this location. All the workers and the eye doctor are so helpful and easy going. I had to go in for an eye exam and new glasses. I haven't seen the eye doctor for many years. Last time was at a Walmart and it was a basic walk in kind of thing. So I was naturally nervous because I haven't seen a eye doctor in a while and this office was new to me. They helped me feel so comfortable and walked and talked me through everything. I got a full exam and temporary contacts lenses because I was thinking of having both contacts and glasses. My glasses were in and ready within a week. This LensCrafters location is my new favorite for myself and family. read more

A year ago I had exam and bought 2 pair glasses on their promotion. To make a long story shorter and a great amount of discomfort and the embarrassment of not being able to see I had an exam by a reputable ophthalmologist. I picked up my new glasses today and I can see 20/20. Everything I see is so clear now. To think I struggled for a year. They had told me they filled prescription correctly. Typical large company that is grossly mismanaged or understaffed. A week ago yesterday I went to LensCrafters to have them make me glasses in an emergency situation because I had lost mine. We went through the painstaking process of getting my prescription sent to me from another state. Much to my surprise and without any mention or warning, they needed me to sign a release which I found out by calling my eyeglass company in my hometown. Getting very little response from the manager who seemed overworked, understaffed and socially apathetic, I scanned and sent in the form myself. In speaking to another clueless associate, I picked out a pair of frames, got pricing and told the gentleman to have it done as soon as possible. I asked them to call me on Monday morning when it was done. The Astronomical price of $368 was agreed-upon because I cannot see to drive home to the state where I live. As expected, not a word from LensCrafters either way...Apathy, and ineptitude rains clear at LensCrafters. So now I will drive back 14 hours not being able to see all that well. Thank you LensCrafters for being a large conglomerate corporate business that staffs it stores with the socially crippled and the mentally dead. How terribly sad. Never again. read more

I took a spill and bent my glasses to the point of unusable. I went to LensCrafters in Foley. When I walked in I was greeted by a nice gentleman who was very helpful. He was able bend the glasses back into useable condition. No charge. Great experience. read more

I purchased a pair of $550 Brooks Brothers frame and glasses from Lens Crafter last June 2017 and they broke in February of 2018. I went into the store for warranty or repair and I was offered neither. I was told by Teresa Gambino that if I did not buy the $34.00 insurance then nothing could be done. It's terrible that they are not able to compensate, replace or repairs product that is less than a year old. I would not recommend them to my friends. read more

Omg awesome man Chad here was able to fix my frames!!! YAY!!!!!!!!!! So I fell asleep on the couch while wearing my glasses (forehead slap, I know, lol) and woke up the next morning to realize that I accidentally bent the ear piece where it meets the rest of the frame. I kinda cried. Bc the frames were not on warranty (I got them gently used from my sister, lenses from LensCrafters, and all in December just past) AND I was on vacation when it happened! So I quickly looked up and drove to the local LensCrafters shop, popped in, and the really nice man named Chad was able to fix my frames! Not sure I really like this place..the last time we were in the guy working was very helpful quoting prices and sales. Today I needed another quote and information on their policies and had a tough time understanding the information given to me..it kind of seemed I was bothering this employee and a few things that were said made no sense and there was no one else in the store at the time..I doubt that I will go back.. read more

Purchased 2 pair of glasses there about 3 years ago, one pair regular, one sunglasses., Most expensive glasses I have ever bought, 2-3 times more then Stanton or Eyeglass World where I had purchased previous glasses. Just didn't want a long drive so I splurged for Lenscrafters. The sunglasses have dozens or hundreds of small bubbles, similar to the window tint in cars that's not professionally installed.'The salesperson said it was the polarization deteriorating. Nothing they could do, glasses only warranted a year. No break or help offered, basically just tough s..t. New lenses in old frame would be $160. NEVER, NEVER AGAIN. Will be sure to spread the word. Never had this issue with far less expensive glasses from discount eyewear stores. Wish I could give them zero stars. read more

I have faithfully had an eye check up annually for many years and in no instance have I ever had a more enjoyable Dr. visit. I have been traveling and not in my home state and I needed to get my exam before the end of the year so as to use my insurance allotment for 2020. My first interaction was over the phone to make an appointment. After telling them my situation they were able to fit me in even though there were no other openings until the next Monday which was not possible for me. Next was my meeting with the front desk assistant Kelsey. She was awesome. She was very patient and helpfull in getting all the proper paper worked and doing the preliminary testing before seeing Dr, Nguyen.She was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain procedures and answer all my questions and all with a smile. After this I met with Dr. Nguyen and she too was a pleasure to meet with . She was very professional and answered my concerns. I never felt I was being rushed out of her office.
