While waiting for a family member's appointment, I noticed at least 2 employees had parked right in front of the main lobby doors. It seems like it might be best to leave those for customers. Appointments are about 3 months out, so certainly nothing last minute if it is important. Still, Dr. Major takes time to talk and answer questions. Nice to still have in this era of assembly-line medicine.

I was an early morning walk in - wait time was just long enough for me to fill out my paperwork. Everyone was extremely friendly and it was so smooth. If you're older: the machine that helps determine your prescription is waaaay easier than it used to be - I felt like I went to a wizard! And when it came time to select some glasses (frames and options) the young woman working the counter asked a few questions and literally walked me to the pair I ended up getting - first try, I don't even need to see any others. These guys are legit. For as long as I live in Pensacola I will be exclusively using them. These frames are not cheap and the lenses are even more expensive so to say that I was disappointed when I picked up my glasses and the Tiffany pair broke as soon as I put them on, I was heartbroken. My daughter's wedding was in a few days in England and opti club actually offered to overnight the glasses to England for me. I declined the offer because I know how mail can get lost especially going overseas. When I came back a week later, my glasses were ready and I again drove to Pensacola to pick up my Tiffany glasses. I wore them two days, and they broke again in the same spot that they broke originally at opti club! I was devastated! Opti club ordered new Tiffany frames and the glasses are great. I didn't like the fact that I had to make 3 round trip visits to Pensacola (I live an hour away) but the ladies were so nice and the fact they offered to overnight them to England speaks volumes. Also, opti club gives a full year warranty on their glasses not 30 days like everyone else!
