One even told me after he stripped my oil pan drain plug it was because I had my oil changed way to often ( every 3000 miles )so my pan wore out so he wouldn't fix it. Funny he didn't mention that when he was changing it in all of my cars before. So I went back to changing my own oil from then on. I needed some work done that I could not do as oil changes is about as handy as I am. I went to Yelp to get some ideas. Asked for for estimates. Several got back to me and some made some stupid suggestions. Except for Kristy and Tim. I had them do the work and it was done very fast, very reasonable and happy with the results. Tim makes sure that you know what you need and what can wait. He doesn't try to talk you into any un needed work. He explains everything very well. Tim is a very nice guy. His wife gave me a ride home because my truck had to stay a day or two. She was very friendly and is also a mechanic. If you haven't tried Tims Repair then next time give them a try. I think you will be pleased. Tim will be getting all my cars from now on.

I would like this review to serve as a warning for anyone thinking of using the services of this…read morecompany. I brought my car in last year for a replacement of the convertible top. They assured me this was a easy replacement and they knew how to do it. I drove home after the work to see rain coming in through my rear window. I brought it back and they repaired it or so I thought. The next rain it leaked at the drivers side window. I brought it back, on a nice day I put the top down only to find it would not fully engage in its decent. I brought it back, fixed I thought. Upon later inspection I noticed two small tears in the fabric at stress points, they had stretched it too tight. I called to voice my complaint and was told it would be fixed, I said I would bring it in next spring as it was Oct. and the car goes into storage for the winter. This spring I brought the car out and called for a time to bring it in for repair or replacement of the top, only to be told "we don't do convertible tops anymore". I reminded the receptionist I was told the repair had a two year warranty, she assured me it would be fixed. I asked that Rick the owner call me for a time to bring it in, he never called. I engaged the BBB to help me pursue the issue. Rick lied and said that they did not offer a two year service guarantee. Rick is a liar who is inept in his work as well as performance as a business owner! The work performed by these people is shoddy and not in anyway guaranteed. I had never encountered service this bad in my life before this. STAY CLEAR!

However, a massive…read morecoolant leak that began after this shop serviced my coolant system has really left a sour taste in my mouth. The mechanic (Mike, I believe) let me know that my truck had several old leaks that weren't worth worrying about, he mentioned oil, and power steering fluid - not coolant. This coolant leak has required two gallons of coolant in the week since the service was performed. Mike inferred that this was one of the leaks he mentioned - it was not, I check my fluid levels regularly and my coolant level had not changed in the year leading up to this service - and proceeded to charge me an additional $70 for the coolant system pressure test which the WARRANTIED coolant system inspection the week prior apparently didn't catch. It's entirely possible that these mechanics know what they're doing under the hood - but they clearly don't know the first thing about customer service.

My company car is managed by a fleet service and they sent me here because they were a preferred service provider. Tony was very friendly and after getting the information on the car, their technician got it into the shop within ten minutes. After testing the battery, they informed me that there was nothing wrong with it. They cleared the code that was generated by the low battery, drove it and rechecked it. I was very pleased that they didn't charge me anything for it and they got me in and out in less than a half hour. Car is still working fine. I highly recommend this company!

To top it off, the last time I was in, I heard one of the female employees offer to drive an older gentleman back to his house so he didn't have to sit there all day long. Seriously, the warmest folks ever. Their prices are a bit higher than elsewhere, but it is justified by their quality of work, communication, and kindness. They will inform you of any issues they identify on your car but are not at all pushy about getting the work done there.
