I have had previous work done at Joe's shop and have been consistently happy with their work. They have a crew of master mechanics, and the overall cost was considerably less than when the dealership quoted me for work . I stopped taking my car to my Dealer after they messed up on my Tire install in spring of 2018, when the dealership told me to rebook another date as they were busy and booked,I felt they should fix the issue the same day when the issue was caused by their negligence. Joe Rose' Team resolved the issue with my car that day, and advised what was done wrong at the Dealers. I Contacted my Ford Service Dealership - but didn't get so much as an oops - or a sorry ! I feel my business is actually valued at Joe Rose's and will return for all of my maintenance needs.

I went to Joe Rose on the recommendation of a friend. After already spending quite a bit of time on my car, the boss (who I'm assuming was Joe?) called me over, and clearly explained to me the status of the car, what I should do about the tires, a whole bunch of stuff. He made it easy for me (not a car guy) to understand what steps I needed to take next, didn't bullshit me, and had his guys swap my tires for me. I was fully expecting to pay for all this service, but he told me not to worry about it, and gave me my keys back. Did he sense that I was a young guy with money issues or something? I don't know, but that gesture meant a lot to me at the time, and still does. I don't know many mechanics I haven't had to go to a mechanic in a few years, but the next time I do, I'll be going straight to Joe Rose.

Save your money and go somewhere else. I initially brought my car in for a significant scraping and grinding noise. To their credit, they scanned it, the diagnostic tool flagged the actuator, and they replaced it, which fixed that specific initial issue. However, the real frustration started when I picked up the car. I immediately noticed a subtle, metal-on-metal scraping sensation right under the driver's side floorboards. I brought it right back. They confidently assured me the issue was just that the front brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced. I trusted their expertise and gave them the go-ahead. $900 later, the scrapping under the floorboards are still completely there. It turns out the pads and rotors didn't even need replacing, and they were ultimately unable to diagnose or fix the actual mechanical problem. I am left with the belief that they rely on the "parts cannon" approach--throwing expensive new components at a problem and hoping something sticks when a computer screen isn't giving them step-by-step instructions. Bottom line: If your issue triggers a clear error code on a diagnostic computer, they can swap the part. If your issue requires actual manual inspection, mechanical intuition, or real troubleshooting, I recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere.

Excellent front-end sales, terrible and pushy backend sales, no sense of time…read more Let me start by saying that I had a wonderful experience with Marco being the salesman of the car. He was patient, helpful, answered my questions and made the experience smooth. It is a good showroom with good Kia cars and the test drive experience was smooth. The problem started after I put in the deposit and I was transferred to Sebastian for the financing portion. Sebastian is everything that you read about or see on TV about the stereotypical car salesman. He tried to scare us into buying their showrooms warranty, used most power sales tactics in the book, was pushy, even disrespectful at times trying to make us feel cheap for not buying his product. Thankfully my wife and I understand the financing math and did not fall into his tactics. But it left a real bad taste in the mouth. Once we purchased the car, Marko requested us to collect it at 4 pm on a weekday. When we asked for 4.30, he requested if we could make it at 4 because of xyz reasons. We reached at 4.03 pm and were kept waiting for 45 minutes before he arrived with the car and then we went through the paperwork. That was very unprofessional as well. Conclusion: Stay away from Sebastian, have patience with delays and you will be okay here.

However, my experience took a negative turn when Mike Jafri intervened and informed me that the vehicle had been "sold" to another buyer solely based on an electronic deposit, despite my readiness to finalize the purchase with cash on hand and a willingness to sign a bill of sale. This decision seemed unjust, especially considering that the other buyer did not possess a signed bill of sale and only left an electronic deposit. The lack of transparency and fairness in this process is concerning and tarnishes the otherwise commendable service provided by the salesperson. Just so we're on the same page, At Toronto KIA, all it takes is a deposit to "buy" a car. No bill of sale needs to be signed. If that's the case anyone can pay a refundable deposit and just pull out days later. This dealership left a very sour taste in my mouth considering how unfair this service was. First and last time dealing with this dealership. Mike Jafri did not even have the courtesy to offer to follow up with me if the deal fell through. This dealership is greedy to get finance deals over cash as they receive kickbacks. 0/5 stars
