    Please read the previous negative reviews they are real!…read more He is not a nice guy or reliable. Unprofessional in every aspect! He changed the appt time and dates numerous times due to his inability to manage a schedule. Then ASSURED us that he would give us plenty of time to be home so we did not need to rearrange our schedule. All calls or texts were primarily from me first he didn't even have the decency to reach out in advance. (His first text was in reference to my 11:00 am call that day directly after he accepted the order from the warranty company). After following up yet again he randomly called and gave us 15 mins to be home or he was not coming out for days (this is after he changed the times more than once and we were beyond kind and understanding). I explained that had I known I would have gone home and not had lunch with my husband. He said he got done early and had to go to Granger. I explained that we would just keep our 5pm appt and that's when he said if he had to go to Granger he couldn't keep our appt and wouldn't be out for days as he already had a job the next day???! So I sent my husband home immediately and yet he took 40 mins to get to our home. My husband had to leave for a meeting so he woke our son up to wait for him because he said "he just needed to have someone let him in". Since it was my son there I asked him to contact me personally when he got to my home so I could advise and yet chose not to. My 23 year old son was there, as stated, so I finally reached out to my son to see if he had made it to our home (since he hadn't called) and he was there. I told my son I had asked him to call so my son said "ill put him on speaker". I began explaining what we had been experiencing and unbeknownst to me (my son told me later) he wasn't listening to me at all. My son messaged me about 30 mins later and asked if he was coming back as he was just sitting in his truck. I then called him and he was crappy when he answered the phone. He proceeded to tell me he told my son what was wrong. I told him I specifically asked him to get with me and he said my son seemed smart enough??? My son is a pilot yes he is smart that was not my concern my concern was it's my home my fridge and I wanted to be advised but he failed to do so. My son was exhausted from working and flying and cld careless about the fridge so I knew he was not going to actively listen. He was condescending on the phone as he explained what was wrong and I apologized stating I was not upset with him but the entire process and just wanted a fridge. He had zero time for me or anything I said. He huffed and made noises that let me know I was bothering him. He was my 3rd technician in 3 weeks. He didn't keep appts the last never showed and the first didn't fix the issue so I had a right to be irritated and yet here I was apologizing to him for being irritated??? Who wouldn't be??? I regret that! When I asked what's next he says "you just need to be more patient I'll get the report to them in the next few days and let them decide if they want to dump money into the machine I'm just the eyes on the ground". My frustration was that I was told he was called out to FIX my machine not look at it. Per Jeff it has a Freon leak or so he claims. So why does it take days to send this report??? He made a point to say that "this is how warranty companies operate" well I'm sorry you work for them so expect the unsuspecting customer to be upset if you know how they operate and we do not. DO NOT USE THIS GUY!!! I spoke to the warranty company today and it does not take days. They said they have no idea why he hadn't already received the report or why he didn't fix it. They reached out to him and he didn't answer but they said this is not ok. I don't know who is lying or what but I know that at the end of the day my interactions with him were less than stellar and hope that I never have to see him. I have enclosed photos of our conversations so you can see how he moved the appt promised to not affect our schedule then randomly squeezes us in with zero heads up and then is late.

    Had a water heater installed. Mike the installer was awesome. Very friendly and efficient. Took…read moreextra care to make sure that no water leaked on our flooring while hauling out the old one. Highly recommend.
