On the way through Stayton, my breaks went completely out and I coasted into their parking lot. The day before Thanksgiving and they stopped to fit my car in and let me know what was wrong. Unfortunately it was more $ to fix it than what it is worth. The mechanics held my car for me so I could figure out logistics and ability to purchase another car. They put it all back together and had the car ready for a wrecker. I was so impressed with #1 their friendly. Knowledgeable service and #2 They never charged me anything, just tried to solve my problem for a new neighbor. They will definitely be our "for sure..go to mechanic" for my entire family!

But when I go to Stayton Tire, I don't have to worry. I know I'm getting a great deal with great service by knowledgeable, friendly technicians. On my latest excursion, I got two new tires on the front of my car. The tech, Mike, moved one of the old tires to the back to replace a tire that was in worse condition. Now that's what I call good customer service.

We have s Tacoma 4 runner that was purchased for my son, as usual finding all kinds of minor issues among which, the lousy exhaust system. He found a 3" gap due to poor welding and a half short job. Noisy and dangerous as carbon monoxide fumes in the car are not desirable. Made s Tom's for us to come in, had it replaced in no time with new muffler and fixed right.
