I had the Durango towed in for my scheduled appointment yet my SUV sat for days before any looked at it. Eventually I was told that I needed a rotor and cap plus new spark plugs. $477 later and the SUV was still not running properly. After arguing with the mechanic he agreed to look at the Durango again, this time he informed me of the loose battery connections (which existed when he first looked at the vehicle) which he failed to notify me of in the beginning, and started listing numerous things wrong with my vehicle that he found the 1st time he looked at it. During this 2nd trip to the shop the mechanic was digging through the personal property in the back of my Durango. Guess he should have paid more attention to his surroundings! And why did it take until July (car dropped off for repair on May 26) when the owners asked about it on FB for the repair shop to claim they had called their insurance company???? From walking in to them taking my car back was less than 5 minutes. This is where it gets even more incredible- I have lived in several states, never- EVER- has a mechanic taken me to the back to show me exactly what is going on with my car. This is the most transparent I feel any shop has ever been with me. As a woman I often feel like I'm being taken advantage of or talked down to by mechanics, but this was exceptional in terms of clarity, simplicity, and customer service. I left with a thorough list of several services we need completed (which we will be returning for and didn't feel pressured to do immediately), two tires and a tire rotation, and a place where I'm confident in taking my family vehicle. All of this was done in UNDER AN HOUR. From check in to payment an hour is incredible. The price was also lower than anticipated for all the services quoted, though that may be subjective. I highly recommend this shop, they know what they're doing and they're doing it well.
