I was told they were 3 weeks out but that they would call when parts came in. I got no call, and when I checked in, I was told something completely opposite from when I first called. I was told they weren't ordering parts till I came in, but it couldn't be right away it was another wait. This was in direct conflict with what we heard and experienced from the insurance company. In one conversation when we were asking questions he hung up on us after suggesting we might want to take our car elsewhere. We decided and the insurance company agreed and paid for us to tow the car to a different body shop in town to get repaired. DO NOT take your car here.
