I really appreciate the solution that Christian Brothers came up with for my air conditioning. I…read morehad lots of previous service and while it was expensive to replace the compressor, it was the answer that finally returned fresh chilled air to my vehicle, and now I am cruising along during this hot Colorado summer. Took my car in to get it checked for a "long distance road trip." Diagnostic alone costed $195,…read morewhich I thought was incredibly high compared to other locations I've done that at. Mechanic recommended fixes for the long road trip, we had them completed and picked up the car with seemingly no issues. We were slated to leave the next morning at 5am, so we woke up at 3am to get ready and take the dog out on a walk, where we discovered the splash guard hanging completely on the ground underneath the car (first image + video below). So we had to delay our trip out by 2 hours just to bring it back in. Told them my frustrations with having our travel delayed, and wasn't really met with any sort of apology / compensation. Finally get back out on the road, and when we arrive at our destination the next morning, we noticed a scraping noise when hitting some low bumps. Looked under the car and see that part of the guard underneath is held together with a zip tie! (Second image + video) Absolutely insane work. Completely disgusted with the shoddy work and the lack of attention + care.

Our mechanic recommended this place and oh man - it's awesome!…read more I pulled in and they guided me directly into the bay, handed me a complimentary bottle of water, got my info while already starting the oil change, cleaned my windshield, topped my fluids, didn't upsell me on an air filter (actually said "you know, I wouldn't replace this. It looks good."), and I was out in 15 minutes! They even topped off my tires for free, which had gotten low during a cold blast. Stayed in my car the whole time, which is wildly helpful with a 1 year old in tow. They had a coupon online I could use too. The *only* thing I had to ask about was the resetting my van's oil alert, which they happily did. 10/10, an amazing experience. Will absolutely be going back and recommending to my friends!

Needed an oil change and didn't want to make a dealership appointment. Had to grab my son from school in thirty minutes. Take 5 Oil Change to save the day! Pull up in one of the two lines. They'll ask what you need. Get some information on you and your vehicle if you haven't been in before. You wait in the car. Pay. Roll out. The national commercials show the bottled water and window cleaning. That wasn't my experience but it was quick and easy for sure. Price is about what you would expect for a quick in and out. Maybe a tad high but all the prices and services are clearly marked online. They do have coupons so maybe peep and save yourself $10-25. Doesn't hurt. I don't think this would be a regular occurrence for me but if you've somehow forgotten to get your oil changed or only have 20-45 minutes between appointments this is definitely a strong contender.

While waiting, we…read morechose to sit outside on one of the yellow parking blocks, as the seating area inside was extremely dirty and unhygienic. While we were seated, an older orange VW Beetle pulled into the lot. The driver, an older white woman, shouted aggressively, "This is a place of business, not a hangout! Get up and move!" We calmly explained that we were, in fact, customers -- our car was currently being serviced by Paul. She accused us of lying and insisted we move because she wanted to park where we were sitting, despite there being many other available spots. When we declined to move, she attempted to use her vehicle to physically force us out of the way. As a result, both of us sustained injuries -- including cuts, bruises, and swelling. My partner suffered a particularly deep cut on their leg that was bleeding significantly. Paul came outside but instead of addressing the woman's dangerous behavior, he defended her. When the police arrived, they requested to view the surveillance footage. Paul claimed the cameras weren't working, despite the recording lights being visibly on. We then witnessed him unplug the system in front of the officers. Unfortunately, the police said there was nothing they could do, stating it was "our word against hers" -- even though we had visible injuries. Despite the seriousness of the incident, no meaningful action was taken.
