This all comes with a drink for a discount, something like $12 total and it's enough to feed two people. You also get quite the juxtaposition as the place is adjacent to a Subway, where one miserable looking employee stands staring at his feet while everyone is ordering subs at Charley's. It really puts things into perspective seeing them side by side. Subway has no grill, a toaster oven, and a microwave. The ingredients have been sitting in tubs all day. Charley's has a grill that is in constant use, no microwave, and the little tubs of ingredients are constantly being replaced with fresh ones.

As the slice was being heated up, I saw area senior citizen regulars coming in to purchase some of their pizza dough, giving off old school neighborhood Italian market vibes. The slice was heated up to perfection, with a great tasting crust that complemented the high quality cheese and sauce. I was highly impressed, as it's probably the best standard cheese slice in the area. Overall, I'd rate their slice a 4.5/5, but happy to round up as Vincent's Pizza is delivering a quality product after all these years, whereas other Hamilton pizzerias that have been around for decades have had the quality slip a little over time. It was neatly transected amidship, with three layers of lightly breaded, twice sautéed eggplant, just enough mozza (not drowning in it), and dollops of homemade chunky tomato sauce with the right amount of garlic and pepper for a great aroma. It is my habit lately, due to trying to reduce carbs, to eat almost every sandwich open face, to reduce the bread intake.
