It was like being a kid again in the 60s, beautiful meats, where Prime means Prime not just a cut of meat. My wife spent my anniversary money birthday money and Christmas money on gorgeous prime ribs and it was the best gifts I've ever had. Prime rib with incredible flavor that we could cut with a fork! Best Service Hands Down!! We didn't get a lot, mainly because we're full time RVers, but we got some beautiful Pork Chops, of course 2 kinds of bratwurst, country style ribs, some beef tallow, and cube steak. We used to live in Billings and really enjoyed the German sausage. We moved to Ohio 40 years ago and came to celebrate our aunts 90th birthday. We found the German sausage and had them pack up 6 pounds for us to take back. Everyone was so friendly at the counter. The young lady offered to freeze it for us to take home. I wish we would have thought to freeze the ribeye because it looked delicious. One suitcase was 52 lbs and the other was 48 lbs so I am glad we didn't get it or we would have had to throw away some clothes and take the ribeye. Thanks for the memories. read more

We have been using Meat and Poultry Palace for many years for processing some of our wild game meat into various sausages.

We received a $200 gift certificate to here for Christmas and unfortunately lost it. So we tried to talk to them about reissuing or what our options were. We were told they have absolutely no record of gift certificates (yet they mailed it directly to us) so we were out of luck. Ok whatever, tried to buy steaks for dinner while there and they don't take cards. Would try to go another day if they didn't act so inconvenienced to do their jobs. Disappointed a family member wasted money and very surprised the lack of customer service can survive in a large city. read more

I asked for 3lbs of tenderloin and they sold me 2.10lbs. When you ask for a certain amount, shouldn't they give it to you? I understand being off a few ounces but I'm off a full serving now.
