Mike from BFE gave us what he prepared for us when we showed up at the shop, many sample of brands/colors/materials/prices, the choices was unbelievable, he had done his work and that save us lots time. it took a little while to get those materials we ordered, and the shop always call and inform us of the status, so that was nice. When the crew showed up in the morning (about 8:30), they started to removed the old, follow by clean up the floor, then put up the new, I was there from the beginning to the end, it was amazing when it's all done around 3:00pm, they were quick, efficient, and what I was most impress was they pay attention to small details, and that completely changed what I think about contractors (some bad experience from others). I highly recommend BFE for anyone's flooring need, and forget about big chain store such as Home Depot or Lowes, BFE is where you need to go first, you'll be happy, I know we did!!! We live in Lancaster, and Abel came out personally to evaluate our kitchen. He truly listened to what we wanted, and my wife shared several ideas she hoped to see come to life, he made sure every one of them was considered and executed beautifully. Abel even brought in Juan, a custom cabinetry expert, who built us a stunning corner cabinet system completely from scratch. The craftsmanship on our custom cabinets is phenomenal, they refinished everything perfectly and even created a gorgeous custom pantry door with window panes that instantly elevated the space. They converted our sink to a farmhouse style and handled all the plumbing and piping seamlessly. Abel, Juan, and Juan's sons were incredibly hardworking, on a few occasions, they even worked late into the night and early morning to make sure everything was done right. Their dedication, skill, and attention to detail are second to none. They also installed the new countertops, faucets, garbage disposal, and reconnected our dishwasher and washing machine without a hitch. The final result is stunning, our counters and cabinets look beautiful, the finishes are perfect, and my wife is absolutely in love with her new kitchen. Beyond the excellent workmanship, Abel, Juan, and their whole team are just wonderful people, honest, kind-hearted, and a pleasure to work with. Having good people like this in our home made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. If you're looking for a contractor who delivers fantastic quality, excellent service, and genuine care for their customers, CKC Construction Services is the way to go.
