I hired Home Depot to do a kitchen remodel this company was the installer. First they use the wrong…read morescrews to install with which left holes in my cabinets when they where changed they left damage to the interior cabinets. They also did not install them per manufacturer recommendation that the screws be placed on the outside of the cabinets now I'm stuck with cabinets that are damaged. All I asked was to be made whole and have the cabinets installed correctly. I was told by Home Depot that the owner of this company refuses to fix the cabinets that are ruined now by their installation which started on August 1st and here we are at the end of September and I still have no kitchen sink or countertops.

Another worker that came was also unprofessional - complaining about how far my house was, complaining about doing certain jobs, cursing. The company was supposed to take the cardboard but left all of it and other trash in my garage. We had to dispose of it ourselves. They left the kitchen a complete mess - cabinets absolutely filthy and not cleaned off. The white cabinets looked used because they left them so filthy. Didn't bother to wipe anything down, or like Wyn said "take pride" in their work. Several things were mismeasured Resulting in having to order an entire set of new upper cabinets. The Company was asked to do a quality check on the cabinets before they arrived and they refused. We were quoted five days for installation to occur but it took two months for the kitchen to be finished due to them not quality checking the cabinets resulting in damaged cabinets and having to wait for new cabinets to come in.

First let…read moreit be know that I AM NOT A COMPETITOR trying to make 3 day look bad, as I see this is how 3 day replies to negative reviews. Let it be known, from previous post as well as my own, it's bad. They charge $25 to come in and take measurements and that was about the only thing that was fair. After that, all hell started braking loose. I gave over $1000.00 down and the following day the kitchen counters were removed. After a couple days, they came to to install the new counter and to my surprise they wanted a check for the balance in full before the work was done. I didn't like that. READ THAT CONTRACT FULLY! After the work was done, I noticed that the CUTS were MISMATCHED. The counters and back splash did not come from the same slab and it was obvious!!! When I called the owner about this, he tried to tell me that the slabs will have a slight color difference but I told him it was totally different. He's response was that there could be a slight color variance. It just made me more upset, he's lack of concern, especially since I feel, he now had my money. He told me he would call me back and I never heard from him to this day. I said at the end of my previous post "To be continued." To end here I would never pay the balance again before work was finished and I was satisfied with the work. MOST IMPORTANT, MAKE SURE ALL CUTS COME FROM THE SAME SLAB!
