Best food I've tasted on the west coast. Very professional and the turn around time was quick. 10/10.

I'm a huge fan! In fact, I'd argue the best fast food burger! We ordered our regular Double…read moreDouble with cheese, onions, protein style with extra pickle and split an order of fries (well done) In and Out has a winning formula. The people are great, super friendly. Their restaurants are always clean. Parking, dining room, behind the counter and restrooms. Spotless. Driving in it was packed. Drive thru was lined up around the corner and down the street. Dining room was packed as well but we were able to order right away and grabbed a booth. A line formed though and it moved quickly. Our burgers arrived fairly quickly. 5 minutes max. They were delicious. We love getting them protein style. (Lettuce wrapped). Fries were hot and crispy. Now that I know to order them well done I love them! What's impressive is the consistency. No matter where I go In and Out Delivers! Everything is always hot and fresh. Less than $20! Bravo to the In and Out Team. You folks rock!

Restaurant is always clean and well lit, and what's not to love with the throw back decor and service with a smile every time we visit. On the busier days, seating can be a challenge, but the tables clear fast and normally clean within minutes. The menu is simple, and you know what you getting when going in fresh burgers and hand cut fries, both never frozen, an it definitely adds to the taste. To top it off, the price is reasonable for the quality of the meal, and very few burger joints can match the precision of their service. They certainly live up to their name.

WTF - What to Fry - Chicken Yellow Curry

My daughters tried the orange chicken, chicken lomein and vegetable Lomein. They also got some egg rolls. All of the orders were very plentiful for the price point. The curry was not spicy nor did I ask for it to be and it was very flavorful. It had plenty of chicken and tons of wonderful chunks of veggies and potatoes. My daughters all said their food was "incredible" and could not wait to go back again. We will definitely be trying some more dishes in the future. The lady ringing up the orders was very polite and made sure that all of the orders were accounted for and bagged properly.

They don't dish out a bunch of random, carnival-esque, fried "what-have-yous" - which is what I originally thought this food truck might be about based on the name. The whole concept and offered menu items are actually Lao-Thai Street food focused. To order, walk up to their truck, tell them what you want, and pay. You're then given a beeper, and once the beeper beeps, your order is ready! Grab your order & enjoy! Anyways, back to the actual food if you're not a newb. My Dad and I ordered: #1 Chicken Wings w/fries $11 (5 pieces) #6 Lao Sausage w/fried rice $11 + $2 (usually comes with steamed rice, $2 upcharge for fried rice) #7 Egg Rolls $7 (4 pieces) #13 Fried Potstickers $7 (6 pieces) Everything was so fresh, not greasy, and fairly priced. Nothing was too salty or spicy, but all had balanced and subtle flavor with yummy sauces for dipping. I'm assuming this is a husband/wife duo ran business. Either way, both people are so friendly and happy to interact and serve their customers with smiling faces and warm vibes.

I'm not sure why people diss on this establishment. You can certainly drop into any of the…read moreestablishments on Main St. In Keller, and find a hearty hookup culture. That's NOT the Pour Shack- at least not for its regulars. We're from all walks of life - pink, white and blue collar, here to enjoy ourselves, each other's company, and decompress from the 9-5. It's not perfect, but it's darn sure fun. And the staff will be as kind to you as you are them!

I'm honestly surprised this place is allowed to stay open in its current condition. We come here…read moreoften and enjoy the live bands, but the bar itself is in terrible shape and has been neglected for a long time. When it rains, there are beer buckets everywhere trying to catch water pouring in from the ceiling. There are puddles all over the floor and parts of the ceiling look like they could cave in at any time. It feels extremely unsafe for customers and staff. Every weekend they bring in bands, but there is never enough seating. People are forced to stand and hover over others who are seated because there simply aren't enough tables. Adding more high-top tables would help tremendously. The tables, chairs, and bar stools that are there are in awful condition--many are broken, wobbly, and the cushions are completely worn out or missing. The overall cleanliness is also a problem. The bar needs a serious deep cleaning. There are cobwebs hanging from signs inside, exposed electrical wires in places, and the clear drinking glasses are not always properly cleaned. I've personally received drinks in glasses that still had lipstick marks on them. The bathrooms are another issue. The stall doors don't close properly and several toilet seats are loose. They are clearly overdue for repairs and updating. The only bright spot is the wait staff--they are friendly and do their best. But it's frustrating that you almost never see the owners around addressing any of these problems. With the amount of business this place gets on weekends, it's disappointing that basic maintenance, safety, and cleanliness seem to be ignored. This place has potential, but right now it feels poorly maintained and unsafe.

I'm giving one star only because the strawberry lemon drop was good…read more The service and overall experience were not. We asked if food was available and were told the cook was not there and that no food was being served. While we were sitting there, we clearly saw the bartender cooking in the kitchen and pizza coming out. When my husband politely asked about it, we were told the food was "only for the bartender."but she was serving people that was not bartenders ??? make it make sense! yes there was a storm but thats no excuse for serving customers that were NOT workers she shouldn't of been cooking at all SHE IS A BARTENDER!!! NO COOK MEANS NO COOK?! That made no sense. If food is being cooked, then food is being cooked. Saying there is "no food" but then preparing food behind the bar for staff only, while customers sit there, felt disrespectful and dishonest. The interaction left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. The tone, the inconsistency, and the way it was handled gave off a discriminatory vibe, whether intentional or not. As customers, we should be treated with the same transparency and respect as anyone else. This establishment needs to work on professionalism, communication, and how customers are treated. We will not be returning.
