The chicken wings are being made at this location by Johnathan the pit master and man these wings were awesome. We're from NY and ever since moving here I've missed northern style wings. Now, before I get any "damn yankee" comments :) wings were invented in Buffalo NY and NY is very particular with their wings. Ever since moving here I have yet to have a non goopy wing so I've learned to set my expectations low (kinda like ordering Mexican food bank in NY, you know it won't be right but you still hope and keep trying only to be let down). The whole table including my kids loved these wings, they had the awesome smoked flavor from the BBQ pit but then the pit master makes them crispy and an awesome sayer on top. I was genuinely shocked that the flavor was so good but they were not dried out and yet they had the correct amount of crispy on them. I also appreciate that these wings were tossed in sauce vs a sauce pours over top and left to sit in extra sayer maligning them slimy (very typical TX wing style). The pit master came to our table and asked how everything was and explained he's trying some new things with the wings, he introduced himself and asked for honest feedback. We truly did enjoy the wings and we were all pretty confused since we have never found wings down here that we actually enjoyed. I loved them and we will be ordering them often. You really gotta check this ghost kitchen out and if you don't want to get it to go than go into back 40 in NRH and order the wings that way.u

My husband had similar complaints about his meal, so overall it was a disappointing experience. It's a shame, because the place itself has such potential.
