The apartments are kept very nice and all the issues are addressed in a timely manner. The Swimming Pool is always clean and the waterfall is always on! The new company is trying to get funds to return deposits unsuccessfully, so the tenants have to wait until the company gets funds. Completely unacceptable. Lease states "We'll mail you your security deposit refund and itemized accounting of any deductions, no later than 30 days after surrender or abandonment, unless laws provide otherwise."

There are a lot of problems with the other apartments and a few minor problems left to deal with in my apartment. They just recently got it to where you can pay your rent online and the agency that handles their online payments also reports them to the credit bureaus. The only thing I don't like about their website is they don't check it when you make a report of something needing fixing or send them a message.
