For my entree, I selected the Bakkafrost Salmon, which arrived as a long, thin filet of pan-seared salmon served over a Japanese sweet potato hash and plated with a tomato confit and a parsnip puree. It was further garnished with a black sesame tuile and a soy garlic glaze. The salmon was a bit fishy, but the rest of the accoutrements were fantastic! I love Japanese sweet potatoes and parsnips, so it was right up my alley.
