The communication was solid and easy to manage. I was also fortunate that he could come out same day to help me out. While he was working the project - he was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Chatting with him after he finished, I learned he does a little bit of everything so I had him look at a few more projects. He was knowledgeable and gave me a few tips for my garage's roof. I appreciate that he didn't try to upsell me or over charge. I always try to hire local or small businesses for that reason. Logan is honest and straight forward. We had L&S give us a quote on a new roof. Gentleman showed up in basketball shorts and t shirt in the middle of winter. Didn't go on the roof for inspection, didn't go in the attic for inspection. Simply climbed 2 steps up the attic ladder breaking a step on the ladder following it up with a comment "this is why I don't go in attics!". Shined flashlight and said "yup you need a new roof!", some attic inspection that was. Gentleman was more concerned about what homeowners did for work to determine a price for quote.
