I work out of my house so I can hear their truck come and go in 10-15 min. I know its not possible for them to vacuum , brush and take leave out of the pool that fast so I mention it to the owner George. He said he normally follow up on this people (wife and a worker). He then tell me that on Thanksgiving day they show up when other company will not and they did not do much cause I was already took the leaves out of the pool. I explain to him I don't care if they show up on Thanksgiving day, a day before or after. If they show up and they charge me then they should do what I am paying for. George started throwing F bomb at me. Told me they were not coming out today. I told him he was unprofessional and I will let others know about this conversation.
