This was my first operation and Dr. Basa and her staff were so kind and helpful. Everyone was trying to cheer me up before surgery! Dr. Basa and her staff schedualed me quickly, and they were all very professional and efficient! We have no complaints with her other than she does get busy and the schedule fills up quickly. There were times we had to see the other pediatrician, Dr. Alejo, instead due to scheduling. We found Dr. Alejo to be soooo personable and always went out of his way to ensure we were informed and cared for. Because of this, we switched over to Dr. Alejo as the PCP and are so happy with the service he provides. OBGYN - Dr. Du and Verina (NP) were the two I most often saw during my pregnancy. Both extremely friendly, personable and will take the time to answers questions, otherwise, office visits are standard and quick. Great experiences overall with both! Office has gone through extensive renovations and is very modern, clean and spacious. There is even a little seating area for the kids with a tv to keep them occupied / entertained while waiting. Located in the same plaza as The Habit / Sprouts / Ross. Shared parking lot with ample amount of spaces, never an issue.

The wait to see your doctor is very minimal. The Physician Assistant is very knowledgeable, in answered all the questions my mother and I had. She helps you understand what is is explaining. She speaks with a strong voice, so one can understand what is being said. The Physician Assistant actually listens what you are saying. The staff is so helpful while you are in the room with any questions, you may have. I would highly recommend this doctor to anyone.

I'm only giving the 3 stars due to the front staff personnel. I've been in healthcare for years and…read morewhen the attitude is given by the front desk, it just ruins the vibe for the whole visit. It's my first time here, I try to get to the location and due to some insurance mishaps my appt location and time had been changed a few times. I arrived to the Crossroads location and quickly found out I arrived to the wrong one. Rushed over and even CALLED the front desk to let them know I was arriving late as a courtesy. As I walk in the front girl screening the appt just started repeating over and over how I was late and the tone was just annoyed right off the bat. Even another lady trying to come in was given attitude so quick too, but watched her as she picked and chose who to be nice to when walking in and out. ON TOP OF HAVING A WHOLE CONVERSATION ON HER CELLPHONE IN THE LOBBY out loud in front of us. Luckily they took me. Accepted my insurance and payment, the girls behind the window were a little nicer at least. The back office staff , especially the girl that took me back was much more pleasant. The conversation was there and the overall vibe was better from her. Finally seen Dr Baez. Super pleasant. Still took me in for my rather short 5 min visit and I was very satisfied. Point being, you can tell when you enjoy your job and when you don't. People can too.
