He took his time performing the ultrasound, was transparent about the PRP he was using, and made sure my mom felt comfortable throughout the procedure. The office staff was also wonderful and provided clear instructions before and after the treatment. She received one PRP injection in each knee, and within a couple of months she experienced significant improvement in her pain and mobility. It's now been six months, and she's still doing very well. Let me go through each of the following: +Dr. Shah: Dr. Shah is really cool; he introduced himself to me as Dr. Jay, and we are from the same home town, age, and have a similar life background in terms of moving around from the Bay to LA! Even another lady trying to come in was given attitude so quick too, but watched her as she picked and chose who to be nice to when walking in and out. ON TOP OF HAVING A WHOLE CONVERSATION ON HER CELLPHONE IN THE LOBBY out loud in front of us. Luckily they took me.
