If I could give them -Stars I would. Since the windows were not properly sized, the installer had a hard time trying to make them fit into the frames. We had 2 slider glass pieces and 1 small bathroom needing replacement. The installer tried to "pad" the slider windows to make them fit with small cork like pieces that came on the glass from the factory, which didn't work. Then the installer tried to "putty" the bathroom window frame to make it fit, which didn't work. See pics to judge for yourself. Oh, emails and phone messages are being ignored. I purchased a frameless shower door from MD Glass and had them installed it. Only 3 months after the installment, the strip at the bottom of the shower door fell off. I called MD Glass for repair because Tonia who handled my purchase told me MD offers a 10-year warranty. The strip fell off three months later after the first repair so I called again. This time I was being pushed around for a week regarding the repair and they no longer honor the warranty. The repair issue was all within 6 months after the installation. By the way, their price is not much cheaper than other vendors, either they use low qualify parts or their crew's craftmanship is sub par. I am very disappointed with the service of MD Glass. read more

Matt is so great! My patio sliding door window was shattered by a rock on a Saturday. I was so worried and started to check yelp to find someone who can help right away. Matt responded to my message immediately and said that he was available to come in 3 hours to measure and order me a new window. Not only this, he gave me the best price especially my window is not a standard size which is not available in retail stores. On the installation day, it took him an hour to give me a brand new window. He cleaned up everything, e.g. hundreds of small broken pieces of glass, and took the trash with him after he was done.
