I called a week later and said the right side is smaller. I am not the only one who noticed. I went back in and she said it looks fine but if I wanted to I could pay another $600 to put more in. So I will have to pay for her mistake. I wouldn't mind so much, but I told her while I was there I needed more on the right side. So it annoys me every time I look at it because I wasn't going to pay her again and I will not go back there.

Ultraclear laser and Lasercoring with Dr. Shanthala…read more I have been going to Dr. Shanthala for a number of years and less than two weeks ago I had facial treatment with the Ultraclear laser and Lasercoring. I am so thrilled with the results. I did not use any numbing pre-treatment and the recovery process was only a few days. I had to travel to three different conferences the following week after treatment and I was able to present without any issues. Dr. Shanthala is an incredible doctor, and I would get laser treatment with the Ultraclear laser and Lasercoring again. All the treatments Dr. Shanthala offers are amazing. Now, just over one and half weeks out from my initial visit, I couldn't be happier with the results. My skin looks great, and the treatment areas look youthful and natural.

I strongly considered getting a package at American Laser, but I just don't think that you should risk such an important part of your outward appearance just for lower cost. You wear your skin every day, so you want to put it in good hands. This is QUALITY hair removal; I think that's worth the money. I have been coming here for laser treatments, and I wasn't expecting great results since I'm young (your hair is more resilient when you're younger) and I have a darker skin tone (olive/tan, and sometimes I go tanning, too). But I've had great results so far, and I think part of the reason is that they use ICE ROLLERS (which is fantastic all by itself because it significantly reduces your urge to rip a stuffed animal in half as you're getting lasered) - I think that allows them to use a higher strength laser on you without you feeling as much of the pain. I'm not saying it doesn't hurt, but you will definitely get results here - plus, the ice rollers and the good convo with Andrea will make it an easier experience. I've even had good results on areas where the hair is pretty thin and not very dark! Can't see myself going anywhere else for laser treatments (hair removal or otherwise) after coming here.

When I got to the office, I was in the waiting room waiting for my appt and several of the girls were whispering about a client that was there in an exam room. I could clearly here what they were saying and I thought it was very unprofessional and not kind, honestly. Once I was able to talk to someone, I was told that they no longer do the procedure that I was interested in and that they haven't done it in a very long time. Not cool. Anywho, I listened to their pitch about all the other products they sell and procedures they do and then it's time to meet the doctor. The doctor told me that my face could be offensive to people because I have a natural frown. She even went so far as to tell me that I could probably have better relationships with people if I let her fix my frown. Needless to say, I will not be going back nor will I be recommending this office to anyone. That office really needs to work on their delivery.
