Mayra was very helpful throughout the booking and scheduling process. Her husband was prompt with delivery and very accommodating to our needs! The quality of the products they delivered were top notch and were greatly enjoyed by kids ages 5-13 and adults! The only thing I would change is next time I will ask if they can leave a few extra hacky sack style balls with us. On Friday night she went into her garage to pull out the water slide she has owned for a few years and realized it had somehow gotten ripped. My granddaughter was devastated. I called a bunch of different places and could not find a waterslide on such short notice. I called Fun Bounces Rentals and Mayra could not have been more helpful. She was SO NICE.
