Most that I've stayed in with this person are decent and up to date. First thing I noticed after opening the door was the stench of smokers past. Walking into this room was like walking into a wall of filth before looking around. After looking around, it looked like it smelt. There was trash and dust or not dust because it was blackish... maybe soot from cigarettes smoke on the phone. Cigarette ashes on the bathroom floor behind the door which lets me know that the floor wasn't cleaned. 3 things were already red flags for a dirty room before I found the old food from a previous person/night that was still in the microwave. I cringe to wonder about the rest when this was bad enough. On top of all of that, the room wasn't even updated for USB charging ports. We had to take our phones to the vehicle. When I called front desk to make sure that I wasn't overlooking the ports, it was confirmed that there were none. When paying about $83 after taxes for a room with double beds and the hotel doesn't even accept AARP. I think smoking room or not. This isn't a place to return.

It has a large hydraulic orchestra pit, a complete fly system, and a rear projector and projection screen. A large lobby with a ticket booth, coat check room and concession room. Access to the balcony area by elevator in the center of the lobby (or staircases to either side of the auditiorium.)

A lady named Jen acted on her emergency training, the staff called 911 (which I didn't end up needing but they were on top of it in case I did!) they helped me get up, clean up and checked on me consistently. Super odd, should have been humiliating, not fun experience turned into something completely different. I cannot say enough good things about these people. I can speak for the upstairs staff but if everyone is as amazing as they are... then I have complete faith this whole venue is phenomenal. While I don't live near here, I'll for sure be back. This is a good place for entertainment at University of Oklahoma - good people, good times and great experiences. I was a bit early and got introduced to these owners and it was the begining of the wonderful experience. - I had the delicious house Pineapple punch with rum which was excellent and just one glass put a "buzz in my turban" - I got to see the menu and noticed a yummy array of food but did not eat as I had already eaten my dinner! Will be there tomorrow to eat! - The ambience of the place reflects on the warmth and friendly nature of the ownership! The bar was well stocked and well kept, the premises were very clean and there was a sense of pride in what was being done. The outside patio was very charming! - The service was impeccable and as I mentioned in the earlier paragraphs there could not be a friendlier place! Thank you Addi, Lane, Eli, Sarah, Ethan and Julius for looking after me so well. You people are going to go places. To summarize, I had an excellent experience on the above these three categories and I will be going to the dance party on the 3rd!! I strongly recommend this venue for anybody's entertainment needs and a place to get together with friends! As far as entertainment- there was an out of state "modern country western band," Tommy Goodroad and his band, and it was their first gig in Oklahoma.
