    I cannot recommend Daniel / USA Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning enough!…read more Daniel came and quoted to clean our couch and rug hours after I first messaged and was great to deal with from that point right up to today when he came to do the job. The pandemic, our pup, and a few new pairs of black jeans had left our couch looking tired and dirty. Being only 6 month old we were so disappointed we'd ruined our favourite piece but mere seconds after Daniel and his team started we could se our couch be revived (just look at the pic) TLDR: Our rug and couch are like brand new, we will use Daniel and his team again, can't recommend enough.

So workers come on a Sunday to pick up rug. As worker was leaving he said " He needed deposit of $200. I looked at him " I don't have $200 dollars cash laying around. Gave him my email to send me payment. They picked up rug April 12. I got no email for deposit payment. So I called 8 days later saying what happened to deposit payment? And why does the customer have to call and ask where is the deposit being paid too. Fine I sent $200 deposit. Now it's May 12th and no word on my rug. So again I have to call and ask where is my rug? Communication is not a strong attribute of this cleaning service. So now rug is ready to deliver in my new apartment. Timing was essential because right after rug the bedroom set was being delivered. So workers dropped off rug on Sunday morning. And now same guy that says he needed deposit when he picked up rug. He wants to charge me for deposit again. I said no way! And literally had to show him email receipt of deposit paid. Now I did not pay attention to look at rug until right before delivery of bedroom set. And what do I see? THE RUG IS NOT 100% CLEAN. I was like wtf? I paid $550 for a partially cleaned rug. My rug is a Super Kashan model Ivory. (See pic) you can see difference between top and middle. Top is ivory and looking towards middle it's still dirty. Unreal! Secondly I was not going to waste my time with these idiots. Literally would have no place to keep new queen size bedroom set in one bedroom apartment. And imagine having to move bedroom set breaking my back because a cleaning company can't clean a rug. What are they blind? I trusted their work based on reviews but boy was that a mistake. Wish there was zero stars. Because they deserve zero for this failure. I would NEVER recommend this company. My advice would be go to Home Depot and rent a machine. YouTube also shows you how to clean it your self.

The third time was a disaster and they could not have been less accountable or less accommodating. In short, Kanters sent us the wrong colored LVT flooring, which even if we were willing to accept it, was defective and not capable of being installed. In any event, my wife and I were immediately willing to accept a different color LVT flooring that Kanters had in stock so that our construction was not set back weeks (we still had to pay our contractor for two days of work reserved to install this flooring, which now could not occur). Rather than doing what was necessary to immediately deliver this new LVT flooring, Kanters said it did not have staff to do that but eventually "agreed" to allow my wife and I to do all the manual labor ourselves (picking up 25 boxes weighing 60+ lbs each). Making it almost comical, Kanters had the gall to ask that we also bring back the 25 boxes of wrong colored and defective flooring so that they could get their money back from the manufacturer (which we did). Thus, my wife and I performed a half day of manual labor to correct Kanters' mistake because, apparently, they do not have adequate staff. When we asked for a credit, this is a quote from Brian Kanter: "These type of positions are the reasons that most small business no longer exists in our world. For some reason society has the belief that perfection exists and that a manufacture never makes a defective product or sends the wrong product. I wish that was the case but it's just a fantasy." Mr. Kanter went on to equate us transporting 50 boxes of extremely heavy flooring to the time he had to return a broken TV to Best Buy. In other words, don't expect that what you get will be what you ordered or even correct. In the end, the "credit" they offered was that they were not going to charge us extra for having to pick new carpet to match the different colored flooring (something he admitted they otherwise normally do). I think the moral is shop here at your own risk. If everything goes fine they are a run of the mill flooring company. They hardly answer their phones and take days to respond to emails. But, if things go poorly, you better expect that they will shift the blame to their manufacturer and/or to you. They will not be out of pocket - you will (just as we are).

    Didn't even get to use their services because they were that bad with scheduling. The way they run…read moretheir business is terrible. We were scheduled for a Saturday, but had to call the Friday before to find out what time. We were informed that it would be around 1-3 PM because the crew wants to do another job before ours. We didn't like that, but there was nothing we could do. We were told the crew would call us an hour before they arrive. We eventually got a call and were told they can't come and want to reschedule for Monday. That's not an option because we do not currently live at the residence and we work during the week. This is why we scheduled a Saturday and we even left the entire day open for them because they didn't know when exactly they would be coming. Then some sketchy guy with an unlisted number called us and said he was referred to us by John (no idea who that is). He said to reschedule the job with Barrys and this guy named Kevin would come and do the job for much cheaper today. He said definitely don't cancel the appointment - just reschedule. It was super weird, but we were desperate. In the end, no one showed up. Still don't know who Kevin or John are, but considering we only contacted one company about the floors, we are guessing someone from Barrys contacted them. This is just a terrible way to run a business.

Over the many…read moreyears I have found the prices to be good, great customer service , conveniently located and great variety. These are all wonderful aspects of a business but what I love most about this place is that you feel so welcomed from the moment you walk in, to the moment you leave. It feels more like a place you want to stop by weekly. Barry so kindly and generously donated some carpet squares to my sons school so that they are able to sit comfortably while learning outside during these compromised Covid times. This place is great!!!
