This company was recommended by my neighbors that used them for remodel and were extremely satisfied. I've interviewed a few other companies before and didn't feel a connection. I met with Ben today. He recommended the best solution for my house and the most cost effective to way to solve it. I was impressed to say the least! Never had this experience with other contractors. I wish there were more companies like this. At this point Ben is doing additional researching for me so we can go forward with the project. Assaf and Ron were great, and so were all their subcontractors. They are extremely experienced and had no issues completing the work and passing each inspection the first try. We went through another service to get permits, and unfortunately it was missing an entire page. Assaf and Ron worked directly with the engineer to get the page drafted, submitted to Burbank, and magically had it approved within 2 weeks, with no disruption at all to progressing the work. They completed the work within their estimated time. They also cleaned up every day. We were both able to continue working from home through the entire process. Pricing was very reasonable for the work that was done. We got about 8 quotes and theirs came right in the middle. They gave a detailed quote and there were no surprises with the payments later. Their greatest and most appreciated skill is communication. They always picked up the phone or texted/called you back within minutes. This was our first major construction project and they answered all our million questions and had the relationships with the vendors to modify items to what we were hoping for. The finished product is exactly what we wanted. You can see from the before and after pictures it all turned out beautifully. Thanks Assaf and Ron!!

We realized half way through that things were going in the wrong direction. We had to stop and find someone new. My wife saw some of Dwells work in our neighborhood and was impressed. She met with the home owner and he happily recommended Dwell. So, we met with Geo and work started soon after. We had to sandblast the exterior to remove the stucco work that was incorrectly applied and apply new smooth stucco. They also installed a new roof, wrought iron railing, central air, and built a new awning with Spanish tile. Everything came out great! We enjoyed working with Geo. Easy to talk to and responsive. Guided us through the process and helped with the aesthetic choices making my wife's vision for our home come true. Pricing was straight forward. What he quoted is what we paid. Geo and his team were great to work with. Everyone was professional and friendly. They were responsive in answering questions and keeping us updated on scheduling. Everyone on the job site was friendly, diligent and efficient. Through the process, other than making design choices, we didn't have to do much. Everything was taken care of. We highly recommend Dwell and can't wait to find another project for them to do!

Their knowledge and design sense is absolutely terrific and they didn't cut a single corner. Plus, they helped me deal with the city of Burbank - a city with so much red tape and over-regulation that a lot of companies won't even build there. We initially started with a different designer that our real estate agent recommended. Big mistake! There were lots of problems with the plans down the road that we needed to fix and we realized we should've just started with DWELL from the very beginning. From now on, whenever we do renovations, this will be the only company we hire. If you want something done right, go here.

Plus, his quote was comprehensive and competitive. A few things I really appreciated: (1) Ari was in contact throughout the process. He kept everything on schedule. Even with some unforeseeable issues that needed to be addressed mid-project, the work was still completed on-time. He was able to provide recommendations (e.g., fixtures, appliances, tiles) when we asked for them, and he made helpful suggestions for additional improvements without being pushy. (2) His crew was great. Roberto and company knew their stuff. From framing to plumbing, electrical to cabinet & fixture installation (we had a lot of work done!), they did a top-notch job. And they were very friendly to have around. Ultimately, construction projects (even 250 sq ft ADUs) take a lot of time and investment, so it's important to have a team that you can trust to do quality work. And that's what we got with ESV. I'm glad we went with them, and I love our beautiful new space.
