I asked if they could have a technician come out and do this before I emptied the entire fridge and freezer. They said no. I had a family member help. I called the company back to tell them they could do the repair and the person told me they didn't see anything in for me. After some more poking around the person said they did have it. They came back and were able to replace the part, after again asking me to leave a full day open. When I told the tech about the situation he said they were busy. It seems to be fixed for now but this company could be more organized. Also a 2 hour time block would be helpful vs staying home all day and not knowing if they would be here morning or afternoon.
