Good service, poor execution…read more I chose this shop based on its five-star reviews and brought in an off-the-rack men's jacket for fairly standard alterations: sleeves let out, buttons attached to the cuffs, and sides taken in. To their credit, the staff was friendly and professional, communication was timely, and they were willing to address mistakes when I brought them up. Customer service on the front end was solid. Unfortunately, the quality of the tailoring itself was below average. One sleeve was shortened instead of lengthened--opposite of the requested measurement (both sleeves required the same initial adjustment)--which required a return trip and extended the total turnaround time for what should have been basic alterations. On the first return, the interior vent seams were also left unfinished and, although they were completed as part of the rework, the finishing was not as clean as the original seams of the jacket. Even after these corrections, the overall workmanship did not meet expectations. The interior sleeve linings were reattached too long and baggy, bunching inside the sleeve and visibly extending below the cuff unless manually adjusted. For straightforward alterations at a highly rated shop, this was disappointing. While I appreciate the polite service and willingness to make corrections, needing multiple trips for the same jacket--and still not feeling confident in the final result--makes it difficult to recommend this shop for men's tailoring.

The manager Ariel refused to give me my refund of $10 which I know is not that big of a deal but the issue is you all sent a text saying my order was not ready and therefore are just telling me on a Monday afternoon that my order was actually ready in the text was not supposed to have sent to me. This is very poor customer service and I will not be bringing my business back here. I have included a screenshot of the text that they sent on Saturday and she said it only applied to people who dropped off shirts, my order consisted of one dress and one pair of jeans. Where do you see any mention of shirts that this text only applied to? Super poor customer service.

Now the price is high for this; starting at $7.50 for the washer & $3.25 for the dryer. I can't complain as I already spent $300 on a dryer, THIS WEEK. LOL. Attendant was cleaning the store the whole time & the Gator Ade Zero is a cheap as the water. Comfortable seats & clean restrooms. Even after I get my washer fixed, I'll probable be back. 5-stars

I live alone and my laundry had become very backed up. Unfortunately, I fell and required an ambulance/hospitalization. Prior to coming home, my sister dropped off my laundry at Pacoa's - finding it conveniently located in Publix Shopping Center, and it was 72 lbs (several items were wet)! When I was discharged from the hospital we were able to pick it up on the way home! I have never been so pleasantly surprised at the pride these folks take in their work! The clothes weren't simply hung at shoulders or folded and put over hanger; these were meticulously placed so the clothing would remain wrinkle-free and unstretched! The hangers were covered by the light blue drycleaning protective bags. I don't ever take that care with my clothes! The folding was so precise and uniform, I didn't want to take it out. No kidding, when you are disabled and have many, many needs - you notice details like this. And -- it is AFFORDABLE!! I'm so impressed with the efforts and product these folks provide that I want to tell them to charge more as they are definitely worth it!
