She said, "Yeah, no one has come by to bring samples in a few years." It wasn't just that it was ridiculous, it was that she said it as if it were just business as usual. I had to buy a sample and mentioned that it could not be shipped UPS as they have been legally trespassed for property damage. She said it would be shipped FedEx, which insured it would be there on time without hassle. A couple of weeks go by and they finally shipped it. The tracking is UPS. I heard that this is the worst Lowes around. It doesn't have to be, but a major leadership problem is why they keep losing business. At least Ralph's picture is off the ProDesk wall. He was either so bad they finally canned him or promoted him. UPDATE: Although they opened a case for the refund of a siding sample that was ordered 16 days ago with their support, nothing has happened, so I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint today. It's the only way to force them to do the right thing.

That's all they cared about. Then it told me on another call that they don't handle lost cards. I asked to speak to a human being. I was switched to I don't know where and nobody picked up the phone. I then dialed again asked for a manager, and nobody picked up the phone. Customer service absolutely sucks. It seems like you guys have done everything you can to avoid talking one-on-one to a customer. I went to their website, trying to find help and support there. Not user-friendly but doable. But then it would have my screen lock up. I went out, tried again and it did the same thing. You guys are a piece of work!

The folks that work there are some of the nicest people on the plant, 3. Just need one bolt? You can find it like in an old time hardware store. Need something but you are still in your pajamas, just pick up the phone and call, they will tell you in a short time if they have what you need and the price. 5. Store is well stocked, 6. The place is super clean and well lit. 7. Items on shelves in a logical order. 8. Aisles well marked. 9. As a former merchant, I'm a huge believer in supporting local businesses first.
