Dirt master quoted £120 but agreed to do job for £100 when I told them the other quotes. Agreed to quote as my little boy had vomited on the carpet a few days before and we couldn't get rid of the smell, also I thought that they would do a really good job (get what you pay for etc) . The man arrived, had a look at the carpets and then said he was just going to get his things and drove off and didn't come back! After about 20 minutes I phoned his mobile but it went straight to voice mail, I left a message but he never phoned back so I wouldn't bother phoning them unless you want to move all your furniture and then wait & see if they feel like turning up. on the bright side it has saved me £100.
