I did try and warn them but they arrived and although shocked their attitude was of empathy and a wish to help,not judgmental in any way,I explained what had happened and they could see by my home that it wasnt the way I lived. They worked so fast and vigourosly,cleaning everything thought,restoring my lovely home back to the way it was,best of all They genuinely wanted to help me,maintaining the perfect balance between professionalism but with a personal touch. Several times during the visit I went out to local shops etc,I never gave it a second thought,I knew I could trust them 100 percent. They even enlisted help with my many rubbish bags in the form of a husband just finished work! Rates reasonable too,they also arrive with a huge array of cleaning products. They cover areas outwith Glasgow, one stays in wishaw, they came to me at short notice,and worked for hours longer to get the job done,having someone do my cleaning regularly is for me,living alone,unnecessary,but if I am debilitated or incapacitated in future, il use no one but them,at end of task they hugged me,I was so touched by the warmth and kindness,the relief I had was incredible, cheap at twice the price. I spoke to Graeme who was incredibly helpful and honest, so honest in fact he told me it would probably be a waste of money for me since it's nigh on impossible to identify the source of the smell. We spoke on the phone for a good 10 minutes, he was friendly and made a few suggestions on how I could try and sort it myself. I will definitely be recommending this company to anyone needing carpets or upholstery etc professionally cleaned.

Over the 4 years of living at my previous flat, my carpets took a real beating. My last place let…read moreoff more dust than I had ever seen in a tenement flat before, and after I moved a large piece of furniture, it became apparent how much of it had impregnated the carpet in spite of all the hovering! Add a couple of mystery stains that I couldn't shift myself, and you have a recipe for OH GOD HELP ME! Luckily, Mrs Darcy's Carpet Cleaning was available to help me avert catastrophe. They did all my carpets for a crisp £60 (that covered the livingroom, the hallway and the bedroom). Left my dad in charge while I was at work, and he said he was impressed with the equipment they used. When I got home the carpets looked almost like new, and there was a pervasive lemony freshness through the house. It was an absolutely fantastic job at a very reasonable price. The only reason they've lost a star is because I didn't get a receipt. I was promised that they'd bring a receipt book, but they forgot and told my dad it would be emailed to me. Even after texting to provide my email address, I still didn't get a receipt! This was important, as when moving out you don't want to give a letting agency any excuse to take your money. Luckily, it didn't turn out to be an issue later on. All in, quick and thorough service for a reasonable price. Just don't expect a receipt!
