He, not only knows how to professionally clean a pool, he's quite knowledgeable about the equipment and chemical usages. He's very patient with all my questions and even in the heat of the day at 93 degrees, he still works as hard as if it were 65 degrees out. I should mention that I've had 4 or 5 other pool cleaning companies more than 5 years ago and have been cleaning my own pool since 2019. Having James has made this transition very easy.

Photos of the pool post acid wash and monthly cleaning reflect no changes from prior cleaned…read morestatus. I found the customer service quite good in terms of responsiveness. However the value does not add up. They did initially indicate that the acid wash would be done without draining the pool. Although that was a red flag, I decided to give a try since they guaranteed at least eighty percent of the spots to be removed. However, even the dirt from the pool floor wasn't removed, which makes me question whether it was properly vacuumed. That was discussed prior to the start of work, and I was assured this would be completely taken care of. Brittany is super nice, however I found the labor insufficient unfortunately. My advice is to please go with a different company to avoid the negative experience.
