He came out to my house within a day and gave me a free estimate that was very reasonable. A week later he came to clean the gutters and found a few places on our roof where the flashing was not done correctly. He took pictures and clearly explained what needed to be done. We authorized the work, and Kevin was able to do that work that day! Extremely happy with his work, professional attitude, and reasonable price. We would gladly use his service again.

His crew re-installed and sealed an existing 20+ year old gutter on the west side of my parents' house in Bellingham. His quote was a few dollars more than others but it was also detailed and professional, and the work was finished at the quoted price.

Shortly after complaining to the Pro Grass company about their workers urinating behind the garage.. at least that's what it looked like... and the fact that when they turned around it was obvious they were putting Mr Winky back in his hiding place; anyway.. after that complaint they started blowing all the yard debris onto my front porch area. This is sooooo unprofessional. I would not recommend Pro Grass for any business especially if there are young.. and older.. children running around.. which there are and were plenty when the obscene displays were happening. I cannot stress enough that I don't trust them and I'm certainly not recommending them.

When my garage roof began to leak in mid-October I was worried about the damage over the winter…read moremonths. I requested quotes from a number of companies and MD Roofing was one of the first to reply. Surprisingly, the prices varied greatly despite everyone saying they would do pretty much the same job. After reviewing them all, I called MD Roofing and arranged an appointment with Chand. He and his father came by, did a thorough inspection and we wrote up the deal right on the spot for exactly what he'd quoted. When I asked how soon he could do the job, he said the following day! He said he had a window of opportunity, it was small job and the weather looked good. Other roofers were saying a minimum of four to six weeks with some suggesting early spring. His crew arrived the following morning and by mid-afternoon, just before it started to rain, they were finished and the site cleaned. My wife really appreciated that Chand took the time to choose a shingle style that matched those on the roof of our house and I was extremely please with a professionally installed new roof for a very reasonable price - before the rains set in. I would highly recommend MD Roofing Ltd. for their straight forward, honest and friendly manner as well as reasonable price and professional workmanship.

We opted for Busy Boys because we were impressed with Mike's thoroughness and attention to detail. We took three quotes and his was the middle one but we would have choosen him even if he came in on top. Once the work started, his crew was on time and they were good solid workers. Most of the roof was redone on the first day. We had an aging skylight and Mike recommended it be replace. He was also an authorized installer for that brand. I wish we had had him do the initial install 20 years ago. It was done so quickly and efficiently. We had to compliment the crew for their clean-up. Our deck was cleaner after they were done than it had been. A bit of trash had fallen in our neighbours yard and that was also taken care of. On the final inspection, we noticed a metal bracket sticking up on the corner of the roof and asked Mike about it. To direct rainwater run-off into our gutters. Very nice. It is always a treat to deal with good people and Mike and his crew were definitely that. Job Well done - thank you so much for that
