They now only pick up recycling every other week and now as far as trash pickup, they now refuse to pick up anything outside of their containers....unless of course you pay an extra fee for "bulk pick up". I have for 10 years not used one of their containers and put my trash out in trash bags at the curb on the day of trash pickup. I never wanted one of their "bins". Putting trash in a bin all week long is unsanitary. The bin absorbs orders that can't be removed. But once again, it's all about what makes it most convenient for them. Customer service isn't on their radar at all.

Thank You Kayla and Driver!!! This week they were not picking up on Wednesday, because of the holiday, they picked up on Friday. They actually sent out a letter stating they would pick up on Friday in place of Wednesday. Friday came, both my husband and I forgot, realized it about 7:30, and thought it is too late. Low and behold the Driver had actually came to our patio, which doesn't face the road, and we have a long driveway, took our garbage bags from the container! I believe their names were CJ and Tanner, and the owner was Dwayne, and they were so careful, but fast, and our move was organized and completely problem free! They moved a bunch of very heavy wood furniture without a dolly, like it was nothing! No nicks in the walls or damage to any of my items, and I've had those issues with other movers in the past, but absolutely no issues with Bishop Elite Services! And their attention to detail was excellent. They packed fragile things (furniture with glass, mirrors, etc) very well using moving blankets and industrial sized plastic wrap, which I had never seen done, but it was very effective and I wasn't worried about the antique furniture from my grandparents getting damaged, I knew my heirlooms were safe with them. They also made sure all of the boxes went to the right rooms and their labels were all facing out. I've had movers completely ignore the labels and put things in wrong rooms with all the labels facing the wall, so I was extra happy the carefully labeled boxes ended up in the right rooms with labels visible. They also rearranged the furniture when we changed our minds about where things should go without blinking an eye. Plus the guys were all very nice, it was lovely to just chat with them during the whole process. They also do snow removal, hauling and other odd jobs, so you should give them a call! (We put it by the street at 5 am this morning--which is 6-7 hours before their pickup time.) The man on the phone, the one who always answers, told me I was lying because if it had been out, it would have been picked up. I said--why would I lie about it? We just need our trash picked up and can't wait until Monday. He said, "I don't believe my dad would lie, either." Morgan's Disposal is no longer our trash pickup. And clearly doesn't care, because I was "lying." Wow. Also, as soon as I told them we were changing trash pickup companies, they picked up that trash within the hour. You should NOT do business with this company! I have been a customer for 10 years, and have admittedly missed pickup day and paid extra for them to get our trash when it was our fault. I have never been treated worse over the phone or had to say so loudly: I AM NOT LYING. Do yourself a favor and avoid Morgan's. I wish I could give 0 stars. Seriously. ZERO.
