(We put it by the street at 5 am this morning--which is 6-7 hours before their pickup time.) The man on the phone, the one who always answers, told me I was lying because if it had been out, it would have been picked up. I said--why would I lie about it? We just need our trash picked up and can't wait until Monday. He said, "I don't believe my dad would lie, either." Morgan's Disposal is no longer our trash pickup. And clearly doesn't care, because I was "lying." Wow. Also, as soon as I told them we were changing trash pickup companies, they picked up that trash within the hour. You should NOT do business with this company! I have been a customer for 10 years, and have admittedly missed pickup day and paid extra for them to get our trash when it was our fault. I have never been treated worse over the phone or had to say so loudly: I AM NOT LYING. Do yourself a favor and avoid Morgan's. I wish I could give 0 stars. Seriously. ZERO.

When one of those jobs changed, they called us back and said they could come right away! Woody and his helper were professional, friendly and very nice! WM recently purchased our disposal provider who for over 20 years provided excellent service…read more Immediately WM missed the second pickup. They have now missed a second time within a month. Even though we supposedly have a weekly pickup contract it appears it is every other week. But we were never informed of this change. WM has become so large they cannot provide the services they contract to do. But I imagine they will bill us for weekly pick up even though they did not provide it. This is the worst company for anything that I have ran into in my entire life! If our trash is not picked up on Mondsy I will personally deliver it to their front door.
