Even though we supposedly have a weekly pickup contract it appears it is every other week. But we were never informed of this change. WM has become so large they cannot provide the services they contract to do. But I imagine they will bill us for weekly pick up even though they did not provide it. This is the worst company for anything that I have ran into in my entire life! If our trash is not picked up on Mondsy I will personally deliver it to their front door.
