Drivers lie about attempting and completing pickups, and face ZERO repercussions for not doing the single thing they're paid to do. My waste bin hasn't been picked up for a solid week. It's not overflowing, it's right in front of my house at the side of a major road, my house has a very obvious address number on it, PLUS my file has a description of exactly where my house is. And yet they still fail at every turn. I've called every day to report the missed pickup and my FULL bin is STILL sitting at the roadside. This happens way too often, and for no reason. The route managers are ineffective and utterly worthless if they can't get their drivers to do their job. Fire them all and give us a cost break- at least that would soften the blow of the utter incompetence a little.
