We first stopped by in the morning and immediately, she approached us and was really friendly and funny. She made so many recommendations and gave us tons of valuable information about each product, the materials, care instructions, and her opinion on various products to help us decide on what we wanted. We were able to get an idea of what we wanted but still wanted to go look around some other stores, so Lillian hooked us up saying that she could put our items on hold for 24 hours! Now I know a lot of people either really hate or love designer fashion. Those who love it usually have a go-to brand they love to shop and those who hate designer usually have a go-to brand they hate. I am fortunate enough to be able to have a go-to designer brand I love, and I shop at this brand because the hard-earned money I spend pays for high quality, great service and, of course, that all-over logo print I adore as I take on the day. Michael Cromer Munich, or better know as MCM, is a former designer German brand now turned Korean luxury brand that is very near and dear to my heart. The signature cognac visetos is always by my side, in a purse, belt or wallet, and if you enjoy the shopping experience like me; you don't have to look online to see what they have. Instead, I just go to the store and my sales associate shows me anything and everything, and I am starting to think MCM is one of the very few brands who is mastering one-to-one marketing. The client/sales associate relationship I have feels like I am a valued customer even if I don't buy anything and that is something really hard to find. The multi-layer leather, built to last a lifetime, culturally-important- branding always catches my heart because I appreciate what MCM stands for, not just for a sign of status. Gabriella is absolutely the best sales associate of any store I have ever gone to, including outside of MCM. She doesn't oversell, shows immaculate patience, and ensures a sales experience incomparable to anyone else. If you're going to splurge then ask for her. You'll never forget walking out of the store with that bag in your hand. Walk in there on 8/16/20 around 650pm, keep in mind we just went shopping at Louis Vuitton and Gucci so we had a bunch of bags. My friend and I walked in, in which my friend is black. This white guy a worker tells another worker a women to "watch these two, I think she got edd" and the guy points to me and my friend. If I knew this at the very moment I would have spoken out for the both of us, my friend had told me after the fact we left the store. The Asian guy that was helping us, was very nice and helpful. To the employee And the rest of the store, this is were discrimination starts and where it makes your company look bad. Never judge a books by its cover, you don't know where we came from or what we are. AND NEVER SPEAK TO ANOTHER EMPLOYEE ABOUT A CUSTOMER IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS! I get it you guys are on a higher end market and have to be well aware of customers and just taking precautions.
