The large blocks of flowers and plants rotate frequently and pop with color and texture. Their plants are hearty and well cared for and are vibrant and healthy long after home planting. They offer plenty of attractive drought tolerant/resistant plants and are always well stocked with the basics or have them on hand for order. The nursery's enthusiasm for modern cutting-edge plant and flower varieties is evident; even most of their everyday shrubs surprise me with unexpected blooms or variegation. They also offer some of the coolest ferns and are always stocking or growing something innovative and new. It is always a treat to take a stroll and see whats new. My thanks to SNG for offering Santa Cruz County and surrounding areas with a classic selection of landscape plants while tossing in splashes of something a little cooler than the same old boring everyday landscape ho hum.

I decided…read moreto look into some paver stones at Aptos Landscape Supply to set in the dirt up to asphalt in hopes of providing stability. They had exactly what I needed. Good quality industrial grade paver stones reasonably priced and in stock. Also picked up some bags of quick Crete to top the job. All materials were loaded into my truck by their staff and I was all set within 15 minutes. Looking forward to doing business in the future!

Anyway, they're reasonably priced and super helpful. I didn't dare balk at their $120 delivery fee - who heck wants to schlep bags of crappy mulch and then drown in the non-recyclable plastic. I had a snafu with someone moving our parking barrier and parking where the driver would need to offload and they worked around my issue. The driver was really helpful and double dumped on our hill so I would not have to shovel the sidewalk. Do yourself a favor and consider Aptos landscaping for your yard needs.

I would have given a 3 or 4 the first time I came to PajaRosa from hayward ca…read more I walked in into the cooler to pick out my roses and there was a guy helping me out choose my coral and white roses I needed for the event I was preparing for saturday. When I walk-up to the cashier later to be known manager/owner I ask him the price for the bunch, hey says they have different prices and asked me to wait and so we did. While waiting I was comparing the dress color with the coral roses and showing my brother whom is the florist if it match it really did. He comes out and says that the coral roses are not available and I asked him why if they were with the others and not set aside. He said "I didn't invite you to my cooler." I replied "I didn't know that you had to ask for permission because the last time I came I didn't." The worker had not informed me that I needed permission to enter, instead he helped me pick out the roses that later were not available to me. "Can you make an exception for this time.: He says "no, if you keep persisting I will not sell you anything. I said why? He could had offer other roses maybe another slightly different color. But he decides to pushe the cart away and said that I was annoying. Slams the window and refuses to Sell me flowers. It felt horrible and I didn't where else to go. I'm glad that I experience this incident someway because I wouldn't want to treat my customers like this at all. I understand that he may have had a bad day or just didn't like me, but he shouldn't have to treated or reacted aggressive and unprofessional. Horrible.....horrible experience been to kitayama in hayward & watsonville san francisco flower market and never ever experienced this kind of service. I felt discriminated. Bad customer-service and disrespectful.
