I feel bad for leaving a negative review, Gary seemed nice and it looks like the shop has a pretty good rep but this was my experience. I should add that this was done before I was about to take a trip - so time was a factor. Took my Harley in to get it serviced and have him take a look at a leak. Got it back - it appears in trying to stop the leak he over torqued my transmission plug and stripped it entirely. Dude ghosted me when I tried to call him multiple times, didn't return the calls and the business hours don't mean that he will be there. I thought my primary gasket was no good, I showed him the concern and he replaced it. Told me afterwards it wasn't even broken, but he replaced it anyways. So now my bike leaks more than it did when I took it in, I have a new gasket that I'm not entirely sure that I needed and I'm out 500 bucks. Lesson learned. Ended up getting irritated and just fixing the thing myself.

Elite Motorcycle Don't waste your time (and his) with garbage "deal" tires you find on some discount site. I did that. Due to our past service relationship on my bike he agreed to put them on. Well they were defective. So not only did I waste his time I jeopardized my whole trip. Shane was able to order the proper tires and install them in time. Excellent Mechanic and a Gentleman at that, Very Knowledgeable Mechanic, Very Helpful…read more I brought my tires to Shane's old Shop and had him change the front and rear tires and spin balance on my 2007 Honda VTX1300R I was plagued after new tires were installed with Customers 45 degree metal Valve stem with Rubber base. My rims are thick but flat they block easy access to the valve stems so the stems come out at a 45 degree angle. I was just trying to reinforce that curved part of the stem for long term use, (preventive maintenance) I noticed after a few days the tire would look low so I would check and the have to use the rechargeable tire pump to bring it back to desire pressure. I thought I had a rim leak, I was busy using my new tires breaking them in before winter. I had spoken to Shane over the phone and he told me to spray the rim and look for bubbles, I didn't see any, I sprayed the capped valve stem and didn't see any. Even after riding 100 miles in the first day it took about a week for the tire pressure to be low enough that I would notice it, After most of my running around was done in the span of about 3 months some days it would be slightly low other days it was fine, I Asked Shane for some help I was trying not to bother him since his old shop was packed with Harley's and it was near Christmas I didn't want to be a bother to him. He didn't have any issues he told me when a good time to come by the shop and he's have a look at it and get her solved. I brought the tire in off the bike to cut my costs and Shane sprayed down the rim No leak he then removed the valve stem cap and sprayed down the valve stem and it bubbled profusely. He pulled the Inner valve and deflated the tire and pulled the leaking Valve stem and unmounted the tire to get to replacing the stem and used one of his angled stems, He remounted the tire and filled it up and sprayed the stem and it too was leaking. So He re-pulled the stem and tried another until it didn't leak. He remounted the tire re-balanced the tire, and didn't charge me a thing. I gained some experience and a New Mechanic to go to. Roy being a mobile service was such a god send for us as we were traveling with 2 kids and a large dog. We didn't have to Uber back and forth from an auto shop to the hotel and back again which cut out so much stress from an already stressful situation. I experienced damage to a wheel hub on my dual axle trailer in Ashland OR. Had a shop there install brakes all around while they were repairing it. Heading back home to the Bay Area, by the time I got to Mt. Shasta another hub was heating up. I spoke to Troy, a mobile mechanic in Weed. He was booked and, lacking other options in the area, I decided to limp down to civilization (Redding) where my odds of finding help would increase. Troy referred me to All Wheel. Four hours and 65 miles later, I limped into their lot, hoping against hope for an appointment sometime in the next week. I spoke to Rizzy, an outstanding gentleman with a heart of gold. Much to my surprise, within a short time he had Brian inspecting all of my axles. As it was late in the day, we decided it would be best to finish in the morning. As others have mentioned, I was graciously offered the option to spend the night, which I gladly accepted. Throughout the process they kept me in the loop as to what they were doing to diagnose and eventually fix the problem. They found two issues that the previous shop was responsible for, and by noon the next day I was heading back home to the Bay Area. I could not have asked for better service.
