Horrible service! I purchased a car Friday evening (4/28) and by Monday morning (5/1) I had contacted the dealership to talk about returning it or working out a way to get the car that I traded back. I spoke with them each day this week trying to figure out a way to get my car back. I met with the manager Thursday afternoon, gave me a couple of scenarios and I went home to put together what I needed, only to call and leave numerous messages allllll day long today (the next day) to tell him I have it figured out and he told me he SOLD the car that we were working to get back!!!!! They used every tactic car dealers are famous for. I feel like I lost 5k during the transaction. I will never do business with them again.

I have had issues with this service department since day one. I purchased my vehicle from this dealership and was told one of the front cameras didn't work because it "needed an update." I was told they would reach out as soon as that update was available. Well, about 7 months into having my car and getting the same answer, I had to have some work done at another dealership (out of state) who said the issue was that the connector was broken. They offered to fix it, but they had to order the part, and it could be up to 2 weeks. I regret not doing it there. I am still fighting to get this camera connector ordered and installed at 2 years of having this vehicle. Every time I call, there seems to be no record of it needing replaced. To put a cherry on top, I had my vehicle serviced here a couple of weeks before taking a trip. Apparently, the coolant lid wasn't tightened, causing my engine to overheat. My vehicle had to be towed, putting a damper on my vacation. I tried to reach out so they could make things right and never heard back. I completely understand accidents happen. However, due to the lack of customer service, I would suggest finding another dealership to do business with. read more

I was very impressed with the care and attention that I received. I was picked up at the airport in Bentonville where I had to drop off my rental even though it is outside your distance limit for pick ups. I was also provided a loaner as it appeared that the issued may not be fixed that day even though I had to travel all the way back to Springfield, MO. I was very impressed that the service care people were very courteous and friendly and made sure I was well taken care of. Since I am not from the local area I didn't expect such attention and I was very pleasantly surprised. Great service all around!! read more

We definitely do not recommend this dealership. Repeated problems with a brand new car has led to a very expensive vehicle five years later. Problems I addressed while we had a warranty AND extended warranty are coming to a head now that it's expired, and we have no means to file claims for assistance with repairs. We've put so much money into this vehicle, and a salesman stood at the counter last year and told us how many problems this year of Enclave had. He pressured me into trading it in as soon as possible because of all the problems, but he was pushing hard for us to lease despite being told we do not lease vehicles. It's sad, disgusting, and disheartening that a company will take advantage of people. Despite having $9.99 oil changes for life, I will NOT take my vehicle back to a place that looks to make as much money as possible from customers. read more

Oil change and tire rotation. Service is always great. We did notice there was a hood strip loose after the visit. Adriana is communicating with us on that so we can bring the truck back in to have that fixed. read more
