Open section for patrons with disabilities

Accommodations for people with disabilities is challenging once you get inside the stadium. The people are gracious, the options were not favorable. The seats were on the 3rd (top) level. 6pm game, total Texan sun and the heat. What could be decent seats are reserved for booster/club people. Our team was the visiting team so already bad seats

This was my first time at any college football stadium. I came to Baylor for parents weekend, it was an amazing experience. Security and ticket lines move very quickly and efficiently. The stadium was clean and not crowded even with the amount of people there. I was in the 300 section. We could see the entire field. Seems like any seat in the stadium was a good seat. The concession stands were reasonably priced, not what I'm used to paying at a professional game. It was more than a game, it was an entertainment experience. Baylor does a fantastic job. Looking forward to coming down to my next game. Sic em!

We love attending games and events here. It is a friendly, clean, beautiful stadium. The food and gift shops are decent as well. The bathrooms are plenty, you do not have to walk far to find one inside the stadium. Good for families. Parking really isn't bad either. If you arrive in enough time, you can park in areas free, the bus service is free to ride from parking lot right to the stadium doorstep. We frequent the games for family fun.

Well yesterday #october #23 #2022 a day I threw the biggest #hailmary and asked my #love to #marryme She said yes, I said wow, she cries and I flipped flopped hands but they say looooove is what you make it right? It was months in planning, talking to Baylor Spirit Squads @baylor_mascots @mclamestadium and the dean of @bayloruniversity to get this to be done. To have a fake McLane Stadium at Baylor University tour to be done was great! Thanks to @suzie.cook62 and @cook9389 for helping me with certain things and keeping it to yourselves! Thank you to the friends and family that showed up! And there will be professional pics coming soon. Many views and sights and sounds of the #proposal #sicem #forever and to my #bridetobe @cnc314 I can't wait to call you Mrs. #uvence #togodbetheglory here's to us! #wedding #bayloruniversity #iloveyou Why I chose this? Well because Cara, went to Baylor, she was in sing alliance and the song in the background, was from fall 2007 in her pig skin performance, "second star to the right" where do you believe in magic is sung. And it was our very first date last year at this stadium watching Texas tech. Totally recommend this and Brock/Joshua and staff were great!

The stadium is beautiful. Great acoustics and the bleachers have backs which makes them very comfortable. Beautiful view of the Brazos River and paddle boats make it picturesque while enjoying a football game. Reasonably priced concessions inside and the souvenir store inside the stadium makes it easy to get Baylor gear.

Nice intimate stadium for 42k Sat in the Berm first time, you are super close to field, the President Suite is very nice, was surprised it was in a corner rather than the middle of the field.. Such a feeling of being close to the field and the crowd is awesome. Especially love the freshman running the Baylor Line before the game

We came to a football game and love the surroundings of the stadium with the lake and nice open areas. We also liked the shuttle service to the game. It was great to have large water jugs to fill water bottles . What could be be improved is it was not a single restroom or first aid station has feminine products. We had to bum them off a worker. Also it has a strong Ofer of urine on the mezzanine level on the north side. Other than that a great place to watch a game.

ARE YOU NOT ENTERTAINED!?!? Anyone who has been to or was a regular at the Case (Floyd Casey Stadium) can only be happy beyond words with this stadium. McLane is a dream come true for all Baylor fans. From the shear beauty and design of this palace placed on the brazos, to the technological advances such wifi and in game app, an Amazing sound system, and the amenities such as plentiful no wait restrooms and easily availible concessions with different food themes, are what set this stadium apart from the rest. Every seat is a good view! Yes it may only be 45,000, but it's about quality, not quantity. Keep that in mind. #SicEm

It is the best college football stadium in the country. Right on the Brazos river. The previous stadium was from the 50s and it was time for an upgrade!! Different kind of concessions and restaurants throughout, gift stores with Baylor t-shirts and other Baylor swag. Has the Baylor Club within the stadium which is a hottest spot in town for a multitude events in Waco. Has like 3 levels. There isn't a bad spot in the stadium. Although for my first game I watched here in 2014 the inaugural season at McClane I wasn't a fan of the bern. A grassy area where people can watch. Bern is exciting during big games. The most recent game I watched Duke gave Baylor the business unfortunately. It started in the afternoon and the sun was a pain. They could have built this bad boy with a dome or retractable roof. What's a couple more million from millionaires?? Shout-out to the Eddie family, and the McClane family that spearheaded such a momentous undertaking in the schools history. Around the stadium plently of room for tailgaiting and something we at Baylor call sailgaiting. Which is folks on boats tailgating on the water.

This is one of the most scenic sports stadiums I have ever been in! I've witnessed the construction over the past 2 years and was impressed by the final outcome. Baylor has created a visual masterpiece along the Brazos river and has expertly designed the Stadium grounds to integrate into existing campus and make it accessible to both students and visitors. We parked on Bayor's campus and walked over with the crowd of students and parents. As you near McLane stadium the lawns are sectioned off for tailgating. So as you begin to near the stadium your excitement builds as the energy is built up with passionate fans sporting Baylor gear and filling the air with the irrestistable smells of Texas BBQ. Your entry to the actual stadium grounds is marked by crossing the Brazos on the expansive new pedestrian bridge. As you walk across the stadium comes into full view and you see the expanse of tailgaters surrounding the stadium and extending far beyond. Inside the stadium there are plenty of food options, and much to my delight offered more than just the usual burgers/hotdogs/pizza. My wife and I split a BBQ brisket sandwich that was good enough to be mentioned in a review! I absolutely loved the new stadium and look forward to watching the Baylor Bears rack up many more victories in it in the years to come.

Came here for the class reunion brunch and was blown away by the facilities and aesthetics. No doubt, this is one of the best collegiate football stadiums in the country.

I was able to be apart of a private group tour and it was AMAZING! I am a Baylor grad a huge Baylor fan, so this was like visiting Mecca for me. The entire stadium is so well done. The location right off the river, great views of downtown Waco and Baylor campus, the locker room and suites are amazing. Sic 'Em!

The restrooms are easy to find and very clean. And parking to the event was also convenient with a general price of $15 with a small walk to the main entrance or if you want closer parking there's a $40 option. Families and friends groups of all ages were cheering the teams on as they fought for victory. The HEB center is such a well organized facility to host various sport and entertainment events. If you are here for a basketball or volleyball game make sure you bring your jacket. The whole center is cold since the hokey team also uses this facility and be prepared to walk through security as you enter. The team members of the center are very friendly and help guide you to where you need to go. I really enjoyed watching a volleyball game here with friends. Our comfortable seats were easy to find by following all the section signs along the halls. This was overall a great experience and the perfect place to catch a local game!

It includes two tickets in a semi private area, a parking pass, two alcoholic drinks each, unlimited non alcoholic beverages, and a full buffet. The view was unobstructed and excellent. There is an elevator that takes you directly to the correct level, which makes access easy. The bathrooms were clean, close by, and had no lines. The dedicated area for food and drinks meant we avoided the long bar lines, which was a big plus. The buffet included salad, vegetables, mashed potatoes, chicken, carved beef, rolls, and desserts. The line moved quickly and the food was enjoyable. The Good While the food was solid, the seating area does not include tables to place your food or drinks. The seats did not appear to be larger than standard seating and there is no additional legroom. (I'm 5'10") That was a bit surprising for a premium package. Although the view was unobstructed, the venue could benefit from additional jumbo screens placed around the arena. The main screen could also be zoomed in more to enhance the experience. The Bad The sound quality was the most disappointing part of the night. The music was too loud and at times you could not hear the artists clearly. Both Anthony Hamilton and Fantasia are powerhouse vocalists who do not need heavy production. Instead of clear, crisp voice isolation, they sounded muffled. After multiple audience complaints, the sound improved, but it was distracting and took away from the experience. The package also advertised dedicated guest services and event staff support. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. We could not find anyone to help us locate our seats or answer questions. The only visible staff were those managing the buffet and the check in area. For a premium experience, that was frustrating. Overall Despite the issues, I had a great time with my friend and we truly enjoyed the concert. I would consider using the All In Premium Loge Package again, but with adjusted expectations. Tips * Avoid the main entrance and use a secondary entrance for quicker entry. * If you do not have a bag, use the express line. (We had small clear bags and were allowed to use th express lane) * Download your tickets to your wallet before you get to the event. * The highway exit for the event can feel chaotic with heavy traffic and aggressive drivers. Consider driving past the first entrance and heading to the second exit. * Take your time after the event to avoid the traffic jam. All in all, it was a fun night. With a few operational improvements, especially around sound quality and guest services, the experience could move from good to great.
