Ever since the new owners took over, they have been useless. I wouldn't use them if they were the last pool company in the city. I've switched to YouTube. It's cheaper, and it has taught me to deal with most issues myself. I urge everyone to either learn what is needed themselves or find another company. He told me he was self taught on doing this. I found this quite alarming so I called an electrical company to see if he can work on my hot tube. They told me that a permit must be pulled and done by a licensed electrician as its 240 volt or my insurance may not cover me if someone was hurt. At this point I had asked him not to continue with it. He told me he needs to bill me for his time still I was ok with that but then when he asked for cash he told me he wouldnt be giving me a reciept.
