(Never in my many decades of seeing dentists has this been a protocol) She said it was to inspect my gums. That was my first and last appointment with her and Waterview dentistry . Dr. Lo is one of those people. A natural educator in a dental scrubs, Dr. Lo took the time to explain common misconceptions about dental hygiene with kindness and zeal. Like I said, I've never felt more excited about flossing and brushing. I took advantage of a new patient promotion for the office and am so glad that I did. The staff are welcoming and take the time to answer questions. I was not upsold on any service. From what I could tell, this dental office is more interested in giving patients what they actually need and does not try to sell products or procedures that are not necessary. It sounds like they offer a membership for self-pay patients as well that would offest the cost for those who are underinsured as well. Happy with the discovery of this dentist. The quality of care and customer experience has gone way down recently…read more Both my children go here so I am here frequently (monthly for 2 years +) even though we have appointments we are regularly seen 30 min late. The office staff needs more training in customer service as a few of the new staff are rude. The office is not open on weekends or after 4:30 pm, so we take time out of our busy schedules for our children. Please don't waste my time and then be rude about it! Possible solution: stop overbooking or understand the staff is not sticking to the time allotted per client & allow more time per appointment. Because making parents take time off work just to be stuck in the office for an extra 30 min every appointment is not good customer service.
