The hat was white and it arrived with a stain on the top and the white was as if it had been sprayed painted and I couldn't touch it without the white getting all over everything. Some transfer has been known to happen but this way crazy. The day it was received I sent a picture clearly showing the larger stained in the tip where the hat was discolored. Almost like a clear oil stain. Their response was literally well there is nothing we can do. Not hey we are sorry we can help get you a replacement. Not hey don't worry you can return the hat for zero shipping and we can t get a new hat ordered. Nope. For the price you can literally buy a hat if this quality online for 1/4 or less of price. His wife enlarged the custom hat band and had to remove the sweat band inside and replace and hand sew the new one after stretching the hat. She cleaned the hat and then tried to charge me too little. We argued but I finally talked Eddie into taking more money...what I thought was fair. I came in a day early to pick up my tux and did not like the jacket's fit. Don remeasured and had a proper-fitting jacket for the next day. All the other items fit well. I felt the jacket and pants were slightly on the worn side- not bad, but not as crisp and sharp as I expected. I could see this was a rental by the way the sleeves and pant legs are altered. I haven't rented a tux in a long time, as I have had my own for many years, but sadly, I "outgrew" my most recent. So that is to say I've been spoiled by custom-fit tuxes since after I married 40+ years ago, until this one. Maybe I'm being too harsh? I will still recommend them, just be sure you go a day before you need the tux to pick it up in case it needs tweaking.
