If you're looking for an Electrician or have need of their services I highly recommend Tony Ruehl and his company Ruehl Electric. Rather than detail the whole story, here are the highlights: Discovered very early in the morning that about half of my mom's house had lost power. After trying to troubleshoot on my own and realizing the problem was more than just a blown breaker I decided to call on an electrician. I was referred to Ruehl Electric via another professional contractor. They promptly answered my call even at the early hour. I believe it was between 6:30 - 7:00am. Tony Ruehl answered the phone and indicated he could be out within a few hours to examine the problem. He arrived and quickly determined the issues, quoted the work and setup an installation time for repairs. (it wasn't a quick fix type of thing, but rather a full panel replacement) Installation was completed in less time than they had thought it would take and the price was more than reasonable. (Background on the statement about pricing; I am a former purchasing and project manager for a lighting and electrical company. When the job was quoted I made my own inquiries into pricing parts and labor. Ruehl Electric actually beat what would have been my pricing had I been bidding the work on my own home) Bottom-line: They are fair, professional, friendly, honest and capable of doing the work they say they will do.

The gentleman quoted me $1,695 in labor, as all the parts would be reused just refitted. I left work early, drove down there, disassembled, cleaned, and refitted them myself in 45 minutes. Duke came out inspected and turned the gas on. $1,695 for 45 minutes of work is disgraceful. You are taking advantage of people. I will be watching and reporting if you try to take my review down.
