His communication was exemplary and he took the time to help me, just for the sake of being a good guy. I'm a business owner too, and I appreciate folks who care about being professional for the sake of being professional, and want to do right by everyone. Kyle (who is the owner) exibits that professionalism at the highest level. When I need my wood floors refinished someday, Kyle is the only guy I'm going to call.

They showed up promptly and were back the next day to do the work. We had a few boards left over from the original installation (which they had not done). They fit in replacement boards perfectly, cleaned and polished the finish. They noticed a scratch in the floor we had not seen ourselves, and repaired it. Price was very reasonable. First we were…read moretold and it was advertised that the refinishing process of sanding to our wood flooring would be dust free...once they started sanding we were told that they could no longer advertise dust free and that there would be dust. Our floors that were guaranteed to last 10-15 years lasted about 2 years. There is whitening in some areas, more shine in some areas and not in others, bubbles and waves where the finish was not applied smoothly and wood pulling away from the wall and showing past the 1/4 round that we needed to install after floors were refinished. The company does not back their employees or their product. I would not recommend them for floor refinishing.

Paul the owner came out himself and looked at it and let me know what it would take to get it refinished and have a cut through installed (a boot). Bathcrest did a phenomenal job. The quality was perfect. Communication was excellent, and the cost was a fraction of replacing the entire thing. I would highly recommend Bathcrest. I am still working on the area around the tub so I did not have them do the caulking as I am going to be doing that myself, that's why you don't see any in the picture in places.

There was apparently a low spot in the floor of the tub that had caused water to collect and cause the rust. Paul evaluated it and said that they could probably level it out before putting on the finish to correct the problem. It turned out looking great! I had concerns about slipping on the new surface since I previously used a vinyl mat with suction cups which you cannot use on a reglazed tub. The woman at the office ( sorry, I forgot her name) was very helpful. I went in and could try out the various options with bare feet to see what worked. I got the mat that they sold plus had grab bars installed by Phil when he did the reglazing. Overall a good experience and a reasonable price.
