The quality was perfect. Communication was excellent, and the cost was a fraction of replacing the entire thing. I would highly recommend Bathcrest. I am still working on the area around the tub so I did not have them do the caulking as I am going to be doing that myself, that's why you don't see any in the picture in places.

There was apparently a low spot in the floor of the tub that had caused water to collect and cause the rust. Paul evaluated it and said that they could probably level it out before putting on the finish to correct the problem. It turned out looking great! I had concerns about slipping on the new surface since I previously used a vinyl mat with suction cups which you cannot use on a reglazed tub. The woman at the office ( sorry, I forgot her name) was very helpful. I went in and could try out the various options with bare feet to see what worked. I got the mat that they sold plus had grab bars installed by Phil when he did the reglazing. Overall a good experience and a reasonable price.
