Saw a car on the web and took the 25 min drive to check it out. In our price range, mileage....took it for a test drive and felt it wasn't for me. I was repeatedly asked what are you looking for and explained certain things I wanted which were not available. Salesman brought another car similar in price and mileage. When he pulled up, the exhaust was rattling loudly, there was a very strong cigarette and weed smell. I said this was not for me and I would continue to look. The salesman said he was going to get his card for us. Perfectly fine! Then out came another gentleman and introduced himself as the Sales Manager, Sean McKay and pushed and pushed and pushed and we said, we wanted to look around... These 2 gentlemen were terribly pushy and we said, we are done looking for now. Pushed some more...my husband said and insisted we were done for the day. Twice the salesman said he was going to go for his card, NEVER returned. This did it for us!!! Never returning and DON'T RECOMMEND. You don't show a car with rattling and stench! I originally called on Wednesday to schedule an oil change. I called at about 9:00 AM and was told that the people that handle that are with customers and that somebody would call me back. It got to 4 PM that day and I still never heard anything so I called back again. Somebody did answer and was able to help me even though they did lie and say somebody called me, but I never got a call but at that point it didn't matter I was at least talking to somebody. I had a question about an appointment and then the associate Elizabeth told me to call her back the next day to confirm the appointment. I called back Thursday morning and again was told that she was with a customer and that they took down my information and that she would call me back. This was also probably about 9 AM. It then got to 4 PM. I didn't hear anything so I called back again. Another person now told me that she wasn't at her desk. They would leave her a message and that she would call me back again. She never called me back. I then called Friday morning probably again at the same time 9 AM and she actually was the one who answered she again told me she was still with a customer and that she would call me back within a few minutes. I then again waited until about 4:30-5pm still no call back so I called again. I did speak to somebody who answered the phone and I'll be honest I was a little upset and I told them that I was kind of frustrated and said that Elizabeth must be the busiest person in the company because it's been three days now and no one's been able to give me a call back. I'm guessing she probably told her that and again that's why I didn't get a call back all I wanted to do was schedule an oil change and confirm an appointment that she told me to call her back about this has been such a frustrating situation. I really regret buying my car here at this point if this is how I'm gonna be treated just to schedule a simple oil change clearly you don't care about the customer once they buy the car you only care about the customer while they are currently buying the car. just horrible customer service all the way around for just such a simple task and if anybody asks me if they should buy a car here I'm absolutely saying no. read more

The service department is absolutely horrible lately. The lady is always to busy and has to call you back which she never does. Came in almost 3 months ago to have pictures taken of the paint peeling off my new trucks bumper. They took the pictures and told me they would submit to gm for approval. waited about a month with no call back so I called and come to find out the guy quit. Was told I have to come back in for new pictures. Came back in and a lady took the pictures this time and told me that's a dent and they dont cover dents. Had to explane to her there isn't a dent anywhere on truck and this is paint peeling off bumper she finally agreed with me and told me she will submit pics to gm for approval. Fast forward almost 2 months still no call or update so I give them a call again and was told this time pics were just submitted to sales reps last week and she doesn't think my truck will be covered because of "plow hooks" I put on the truck. The hooks she was talking about are the tow hooks every Silverado comes with from factory not "plow hooks" the truck has never had a plow on it. Brought to different dealer was approved and in paint shop in less than 1 week with a loaner to use also. I have yet to get a call from McKay saying if this was even approved or not after almost 3 months but at this point it doesn't matter another local dealer took care of everything in a week when McKay gave me the run around and lies for 3 months and still nothing read more

The service staff needs some servicing. The service writer can be short and unfriendly. The service manager seems constantly overworked and stressed. Maybe he should consider retiring. I brought my suv in for a follow up Car Play issue and after 2 hours was told it was fixed. Not so. Didn't even make it out of the driveway when I noticed that apparently nothing had been done. When I asked the service manager, what was done, he told me I would have to come back and leave the car for a full day. He also told me the tech that worked on the car owned an android phone. Not very helpful for solving an Apple CarPlay problem. The service manager was clearly unhappy with me and my problem and told me if I didn't like the service to go to another dealer. I purchased a used vehicle and as I'm getting ready to leave I am handed one key fob and am told at that time that the vehicle only has the one. So I say I want another key fob because I was not told until I'm ready to leave and all the papers are signed that they only have one. I am told no that is not their policy. I told them if I had known befo5 I bought the vehicle I would have negotiated another one in the deal or may not have bought the vehicle. I did not spend over $34,000 to have to go spend another three or four hundred dollars on a second key fob . This did not matter to them. Instead of making a customer happy and satisfied they were ok with me being unhappy and willingness to take the bad review!!! Also the day I bought the car when I left the dealership it was dark so I did not see until the next day that they did a lousy job. I brought it back and showed my sales guy and even he was like oh no I'm gonna get that redone for you that is unacceptable. So I brought it back to have a rim fixed and the detailing redone and had the unpleasant experience with one of the managers about the key fob and left their very upset and forgot to check out the detailing and when I got home I looked and they never did the detailing even though I got a call telling me my vehicle was all set!!!! Two stars because the oil change/techs area is what saves from getting a zero. Poor customer service. Third truck I have leased from McGee, now Mkay. This month makes one year with this one. When I leased this one the finance guy made a smart remark; I let that one go. Truck only has 4500 miles on it. Wanting to take care of the truck and do an oil change prior to needing one I called to schedule an appointment. Left a voicemail in the morning. Didn't get call back so I called later in the evening prior to going into work at night. I received hostility and an attitude from the women in charge of service. Once that attitude stopped, I received more attitude for wanting to do the oil change prior to recommended mileage and having the same oil for a year was not suffice for a change. So, I waited and had the oil change done yesterday. I go to pick up today and head inside and state that the transponder is not where they said they would leave it and was treated with attitude. From there I kept my mouth shut and waited for my transponder to be found. I was given a comment under the female's breath of ' he rolled his eyes at me '; that didn't happen, but whatever. Three trucks, greater than 8 years with this place and this is my last. I will return this one in less than two years and will take my business elsewhere. I will also let Mkay know not to contact me and solicit anything further during the remaining time of this current contract. He sat us down and discussed the terms of purchase, and carefully described several financing options that were available to my daughter. After a quick test drive, Regi worked with us towards reaching a deal that worked best for my daughter. With the help of Regi, and Joel, the sales manager, my daughter was able purchase the vehicle she wanted at a very fair price. When I went for a recent oil change and found missing lug nuts after I began questioning if the ones that were left were torqued correctly....come to find out at a local to me Toyota dealer they were all loose and that's a HUGE safety concern! The Toyota dealer replaced my lug nut at a fee to be covered by McGee and then I asked about some rust on my tailgate. Come to find out my entire rear bumper and tailgate were painted and never reported. Now whether McGee knew of didn't know these fact unknown to me it's how this matter of my concern was handled. I told Katherine about my concern and she promised to speak with the owner herself as she was meeting with him today, never got a return call. Called for a third time today and got Brian who apparently is a sales manager, MY GOODNESS I've never been so insulted with the way anyone's ever spoken to me. When I told him my concerns instead of showing empathy and understanding he yelled at me stating "do you really think the owner Jamie that owns 17 locations really cares about your painting bumper?" I went in and was very honest with I was looking at and what I was looking to pay. I was told one thing, then when I went into the finance office the deal changed, LIES! I ended up walking out and not signing anything. I went to another dealer and was treated with respect. I put $ down on a car still in transit. McKay reached out again, I told them it was too late I put a deposit down, they begged me to come back that they would beat the other dealerships deal. I told them exactly what I was getting and they assured me they would beat it to come back. LIES again. Sure they were going to beat the month payment by extending the loan which would have ended up costing me more total AND they didn't even have the car with all the options that they told me 1 hour prior they had. Be careful and watch the numbers, they think they are slick and try to take advantage of people, totally misrepresent themselves. They try to sell you on the monthly payment but when the loan is extended to 75 or 84 months increases the overall price you are paying. Be sure you get the Total price/cost you are paying. I understand they are salesmen trying to make a sale but to do it on lies and deceit is so wrong. Would NOT recommend this dealership for anything, not even an oil change - I will bring my money elsewhere. When I went and picked up the truck yesterday the salesman hands me a set of keys. When I asked him for the second set he said that this vehicle came to them with just the one set. He said that I should have negotiated that during the purchase. I said that I hadn't been made aware of the single key situation. Just wanted to bring to your attention a few issues I encountered on Saturday. I did purchase a car on Saturday but a few things are bothering me from my visit. I was allowed to leave the lot without going over my insurance being sent over, I've never been somewhere that would let me leave with out sending over insurance binder. Secondly no gas in my new car I didn't have enough gas to get home, never not been given a full tank of gas when I got a new car.
