they came out quickly to install my initial fence but it's been a difficult task trying to get them back out to install a new gate on my fence after a storm blew it away. I've spoken to them 4 times in 2 months and they keep saying someone will schedule with me. perhaps my job is too small for the yet when they came immediately to do my big job. poor business ethic. read more

Repeat customer, first time they did a wonderful job back in 2017, hired them again in 2022 for a continuation of my fence and was disappointed. Scheduled the install date 1.5 months in advance, took a vacation day in advance so I could be home, and they showed up on the wrong day, called me from work, and I had to ask to leave work early. They never once apologized for making me leave work and wasting a vacation day even though the paperwork showed they were wrong. They didn't clean up any of the scrap pieces they cut off of the vinyl fence install, they left cellophane wrap, candy, and band aid wrappers all around for me to pick up, that my dogs could have choked on. They also never collected any of the 15 softball sized rocks they dug up, just left them in my yard. Customer service was lacking, reached out to the company and still haven't heard back from them in over a week now. read more

Disappointed. I had McIntyre install an aluminum gate across my driveway. The hinges for the gate was installed on a post such that it left a minimal clearance between the driveway and after year and half the gate sagged just enough to start scraping the driveway. When called to ask to adjust the hinges upward, they told me that it was out of warranty and it would be a minimum of $300 for them to come out and fix it. I would not hire them again. read more

They have done work for us twice and we have been happy with both engagements. They answered the phones, arrived when scheduled, provided good customer service on site and the product was good. They also happen to be the best price when we had multiple companies quote the same job. They were almost half of what another local company quoted. read more

Poor customer service! They are scammers who will destroy your property while doing a job. Hired to stain a fence and they got oil based stain all over the cement patio and side of house! They would not clean it, answer calls or do anything. Finally got a response saying they are not accountable for the damage to patio or siding! Huh???? Watch out people! I am writing this for a friend who recently had work done. I would first like to say the quality of work is not in question here. What is in question is the manner in which the employees are treated. I personally witnessed how they are spoken to and it is atrocious. Specifically calling someone retarded, not sure of the young gentleman's name because this is all they referred to him as. Seeing as how that word is not politically correct anyways, I fail to see how that was appropriate in a professional setting. I had two jobs that I was willing to contract through this company because of the quality of work, but i cannot ethically hire them if i know this is how they treat their employees. read more

I have had quality service on my fence ever since they put it in around 2005. Well built fence with posts cemented in and a nice 4 ft gate.....would strongly recommend them for fence needs. Good price as well. read more

I first have to say that this company has gone above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to fence installing. I first had a tough time finding a fence installer in my area, then i received 5 quotes, they didn't come in at the bottom but the service and time frame set them apart. Mr. McIntryre came out himself to measure it and speaking with everyone in the company has been a pleasure. Even when there was a delay in my material they were trying to work out a solution to make it right. I had a aluminum fence installed but i believe any fence you choose from them you will not be disappointed with the quality and the service. They treat you like family. read more

Bad experience. Had to babysit through whole ordeal to get finished fence. They couldn't follow the specs of spaced boards; gate latch was wrong; boards not supposed to touch ground between posts, all were on ground. Could not pass county inspection as a result. I corrected myself. Some posts cut much lower than ones nearby. Very visible. Some posts not put in straight. Had to keep pointing out needed corrections along the way on the days they showed up, which was another problem. Had them spray stain at the end. Over spray from stain all over the area. Sloppy performance. Company said would make a price adjustment. Never happened. They would not even return my e-mail. Would not recommend for sure. read more

There is a problem with the fence they installed that is not due to soot as they suggest. I have sent email requesting a copy of the contract/estimate for the job and requested an in person, onsite property meeting with Mr. McIntyre and surprisingly Linda McIntyre, the President will not respond. They spray painted some of the poles completely and then touch up scratches on the poles with spray on the day of installation. My husband was home and saw this, but thought nothing of it. But now that there is an issue with all poles, they will not stand behind the product. The chain link portion of the fence is fine, just the areas the installers spray painted. What has happened to customer service and giving the customer what they paid for. Their answer of it being soot on the fence is ridiculous and will not be accepted.
